Toilet door cannot be locked

Good location. Comfy bed. Carpark not well controlled. Some staff but not all we met were helpful.

There are plenty of parking spaces but yet they are mostly full. If you plan to drive, better to have a contingency plan in case you cannot find a parking space. The breakfast is very good n the room is clean and comfy. I enjoyed my stay there.

Room etc all good. Breakfast and service good. Restaurant menu ridiculously expensive.

We booked the family room with a cot to stay ahead of our early morning flight. I sent a message to the hotel several days prior to arrival checking there would be a cot but didn’t receive a reply. I called the day before requesting a cot and was told there would be one ready in the room. We arrived at 6pm and asked if the cot had been provided, we were told this would be brought to the room ‘right away’ we waited half an hour and no cot, I called the reception desk from the room and was told it would be there in 10 minutes. We waited the 10 minutes and still no cot. We went to reception and was told it had been taken to the wrong room. Finally we got the cot. I brought my own bedsheets for the cot as my daughter is sensitive to some washing powders, when I put the sheet on I noticed the mattress was stained. Aside from that, the hotel was nice, but difficult to get to on foot from the airport (especially with a pram).

The chair in the room and phone had no cord from the 70s here in the bathtub and air conditioner did not work terrible experience

Nice clean room , spacious. Staff were helpful and friendly. Bar and restaurant was good , food very nice . No water in the room or a fridge , shower gel was empty, I felt these shouldn’t have been missed .

Close to airport transportation hub

Unfortunately there was a lot of, what we thought was, Aircon noise even though we turned ours off.

Clean room very comfortable great breakfast

Everything just friendly as normal, breakfast is great, evening meal was ok, Staff were great, so no problem for me.

Warm cookies on arrival, very fresh looking, spotlessly clean, would stay again.
