The room was absolutely perfect! So clean and comfortable! Pool was nice ans clean! Breakfast was good. They had eggs, sausage, cereal, breads, and waffles. The waffle maker line was insane. The dining area was very small ans cramped. Other than breakfast time, i really enjoed my stay here!

The property in and out was very nice. Hallways were uncomfortably hot.

This is one of the best Hampton Inns we have ever stayed in. Everything was spacious from the room to the breakfast area. Check in and out was fine with great staff. It was a very good stay. Only negative was the hot hallway on the 4th floor.

We stayed here with our two children for a long weekend. The hotel was great! The room was a good size, and very clean. It was a huge plus having free breakfast each morning, and there were tons of offerings including eggs, bacon, bagels, sausage, and freshly made waffles. The staff was friendly, the pool was great and felt amazing after a day at the beaches. Excellent location-we were able to walk to subway and IHOP. About 20 minutes to the beaches at Presque Isle. Star and Alex were great, very helpful and kind. There’s a snack/drink area by the front check in that has treats, ice cream, drinks, bathroom essentials, and more. We will definitely stay here again.

It was great. They had some gashes in the carpet in my room. But it was ok. The place was really clean.

It had an unpleasant odor and felt completely different from other Hampton Inn locations I’ve stayed at in the past. I’m not sure if this is an issue unique to this specific hotel or a sign of a broader trend across Hampton Inns.

Great stay!

Rooms were clean, beds comfortable . Hotel is in good condition except for flooring . The carpeting in the hallways was extremely worn, pattern is almost completely worn off, threadbare in places . Especially near elevators .

Felt safe. Didn’t really feel the quality of the hotel equaled the price I paid but it was a holiday. Lots of things to do and places to eat in the area. I would stay here again.

Staff was awesome, pool was clean and refreshing, rooms were clean and comfortable, breakfast was good. I highly recommend this location. Job well done.

Beds are too small.

Great services and great rooms

Everything was adequate. I have only one complaint, the pillows. The pillows feel like pillow cases filled with shredded newspaper.

Our first room was too hot. We got moved. We were supposed to get a refund of $50 but never saw that.
