Good

Everything was great. Quite stay. Room had a moisture smell but not unbearable. I believe it was mostly from the ac. Overall place was great. Friendly staff, great location to everything all good walking distance.

Really nice hotel with a waterpark attached! The fridge didnt work worth a crap and we jad to throw out A LOT of food. Other than that, it was perfect and within walking distance.

Poorly maintained, not very clean, easy check in and good staff

Everything could have been cleaner and nothing in the room worked when we first got there.

Needs updated

You get what you pay for. When we checked in, there were no night shift workers and had to check in for our room down the road at another hotel. This is way better than the Crown Plaza though! Everything was clean. Just felt sketchy at night with no workers in the building.

Toilet seat was broke. Stains on bedding. Not vaccumed.

The in room hot tub was large and just great!

The game room has pinball.

Horrible! We were given an outdated room with broken furniture. Toilet clogged the second day. Shower head stopped working. Only thing nice was it was close to the Mackinaw island ferry.

The heater would turn on very load regardless if it was on or off every 25 minutes. Semi-clean but felt rushed.

Check in is at the Crown hotel next door. Room was a little dated but right near the lake and town, close enough to walk to attractions. Room has a coffee maker similar to keurig, but would not fit k cups or other brands. So if you are one to bring your own coffee, it won’t work here.

The pool and Waterpark are the reasons we stayed here. The pools and pool area could use some attention, but it was decent enough. I did step on something sharp in the Waterpark area which had to be pulled out of my foot and bled a lot, so I've got that going for me. Here's hoping for no infections!
