酒店位置比较偏，服务还可以，有个会中文的服务员wong很好。

訂錯了，以為酒店，距離機場比較遠，早餐不錯。

Very relaxing environment. Room was very spacious and clean. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Lots of dining choices.

There was a blackout for about 5-7 hours during my stay, which prevented my friends and I being unable to use any electrical equipment, such as dental needs. This was extremely inconvenient, to make it worse the hotel just kept telling us they were checking it out and getting it fixed, and that lasted for the whole duration of the blackout. The hotel also did not offer any form of compensation for this ordeal, which was disappointing. Would of thought keeping the lights on was a minimum requirement for a comfortable stay.

I booked my stay at the Intercontinental and asked for my membership number to be recorded as an IHG member. Upon arrival I was advised that this was not done and I did not have my points allocated for my stay. In addition to this, I had opted out of my room being cleaned to earn additional bonus points (however, these were also not allocated to my account). I have been advised that Hotels.com needs to provide a 8 digit code in order for this to be

Everything was great

Lovely tropical feel and best hotel breakfast imaginable. Service in main evening restaurant not tops...plus limited menu there. Room was spacious and front desk service top notch. The overall property is starting to look a bit tired, needing a refresh in some parts. Pool and lagoon areas exceptionally good.

Very sophisticated, lots of varying areas to relax around the hotel and marina. Eating options vast - we chose a Chinese banquet which was great. Nice breakfast.

I was disappointed in the room quality. I was what I would find at a comfort inn at IHG prices. The room smelled of mold and funk and it took over an hour while they tried to "clean" it. But that's not going to clean and we all know that. New room was better but still stunk. All the while the desk personnel were smiling and telling me all was ok. "just sit over there (and be ignored). I felt like it was in a B movie where the robot people are exceedingly nice when planning your demise. It wasn't ok. I think i just outlasted them and they wanted to get rid of me so I finally got the "cleaner" room. I opened the door to air the place out and just endured the mid day heat. There are much better places to stay. Food was pricey and insultingly average. I couldn't be convinced to stay here again. Lots of Bentleys and Ferraris. lot's of sizzle, no steak. If i was an executive at IHG I would want to see this review.
