客服服务很好、 唯一的缺点就是床太小了

飯店地點位置絕佳, 整體環境鬧中取靜, 飯店人員非常親切而且讓人感覺溫暖! 非常喜歡飯店的復古風格, 設備雖然不是新穎但是房間乾淨, 一應具全, 住起來覺得舒適. 二樓的lounge是24小時開放, 提供多種飲品還有水果點心, 非常貼心! 下次帶家人來紐約玩, 絕對是不二選擇, 會再次入住!

The Staff was top-notch. I don't know if I've ever encountered a group of individuals as kind, sincere, and genuine as those at the Casablanca Hotel.

Just far enough from Times Square.

The staff was amazing! I dropped my son at college in New York City and it was an emotional time for me and they were all so kind, welcoming and supportive. The hotel is lovely, safe and in a fabulous location. Also, a shout out to the lovely gals who run the breakfast. They keep everything running smoothly and we're so kind. Also, air-conditioning was excellent too in my room!

The property is in the heart of Times Square but very quiet once inside. It is also well placed for reaching other attractions on foot if you like walking. It is not as big as the photos would suggest and is quite old but it is very clean. The staff are so helpful and friendly, nothing is too much trouble. We would definitely stay there again next time we visit New York.

Located right by Times Square and all the theatres we were attending. Food in the area is a bit expensive but hotel provided both breakfast and snacks 24/7 in case you didn’t want to eat as many restaurant meals. We walked to Central Park and took the subway to World TradeCemter.

Casablanca hotel was definitely one of the best hotels that I have stayed at. Very welcoming and everything about the hotel was amazing. It was close to Broadway and easy to get to wherever else we need to go in New York City.

Hotel looked and felt worn AC in room very loud no late checkout given (not even 30 minutes) Washcloths and towels had stains Staff was welcoming and professional Nice continental breakfast and nice staff

Great hotel in the heart of manhattan. Our room was very quiet considering Times Square was on our door step. Rick’s cafe a great addition. Friendly staff and clean rooms.

I like that the noise at night was limited and location was very convenient. The staff was exceptional! Friendly and helpful throughout both days. I usually don’t ask for much, but definitely ask the staff if you need anything. For the price you pay, the bed was very uncomfortable, the bath towels were extremely rough, breakfast options were limited. I expected this to be a home run and it was a single maybe double at best. Also, the parking was supposed to be 30$ a night and they up-charged for SUV. I’m not sure if that was in hotels fine print but I was surprised. I would try somewhere else next time.
