I have traveled quite a few countries and had the opportunity to stay in some of the best hotels around. However when I returned to my own country, I experienced a stay in this awful hotel. First of all, its about the duty Manager. I checked in at 23:30, which is already too late and I was exhausted due to the long flight. The duty Manager was an arrogant guy. My wife couldn't accompany me as she is pregnant so I asked this guy if my friend (my close friend - a guy!) could stay with me that night. To this, he gave me a list of of cr** like: Do not bring outside food to this hotel (I know), do not bring extra people to your room. I tried to convince him that there won't be any more people joining us. But then he is like "What if more people join you? how can we solve it? Give me your credit card details so in case we have an issue, I can solve it!". I was overwhelmed with shock at seeing this display of the attitude from him to his customer. Next, when we went to the room, there was no refrigerator/mini bar! I asked them if they have a fridge or not and they said that they can provide only if asked! I logged in to their wifi for the first time and it said "you have already exceeded your data limit, so please purchase @ Rs. 800". I really gave up after that moment. Then I asked them for the airport shuttle and they said it's Rs. 900+extra charges which is funny because the hotel is just 1.5kms to 2kms away from the airport. Cheap furniture material in the room. All in all, a bad choice to book this hotel and for sure never going to suggest any of my relatives/friends or anyone else to visit this hotel!
