Stayed for a week. This is my 3rd time staying for week. This time shower water never got hotter than lukewarm, if even that. Not once was my room cleaned by staff. Not sure if they even do that. The plus is that it's a quiet area and you should get a quiet night's sleep. Plenty of restaurants and stores close by.

The room was horrible..the stove was broken I tried to turn it on to cook my dinner and the knob was broken it was on high and I couldn't turn it off..there were homeless laying on the street in front of the building..I booked a week and stayed 2 nights..I have a 9 year old and have her on the weekends..this hotel is not safe for children..I felt like I was staying in the projects...will never stay there again...horrible

Hotel is what you pay for. Nothing more. Dog upstairs from me was barking constantly in the am hours. Rediculous. Mold in the bathroom. Once again, I got what I paid for.

First of all, no one’s working at the front desk. It was virtual. You basically talking to someone from India. The kitchen wasn’t working. There’s too many critters around the motel.

Meth heads walking around knocking on doors asking for stuff. No security . And women at desk rude

3rd floor bathroom floor had a sinkhole in it. Neighbors screaming in the middle of the night. Right next to a sketchy industrial area.

The night staff was very rude, even after paying for 2 weeks of stay, front desk called security saying i never paid, then added on a 50.00 security deposit. Something they didn't do when i first got to the room.

Has to be the worst hotel we've ever experienced. It seemed to be in a dangerous area and there was quite a bit of shady dealings going on there. The room was shoddy, horrible cigarette smell.

What you pay for. Internet went down and I was informed it wouldn't be back up for days. Fortunately I was already checking out so I checked into another hotel. Place is alright. Get what you pay for, nothing more. Needs work. Mold in bathroom was bothering.

The bed was comfortable and the rooms next to it were quiet. Close to restaurants, shopping and some entertainment.

The hotel is the cheapest in area, so you get what you pay for. The staff is good. The area and rooms do need to be worked on. But again, it is what you are paying for. You will have a safe nights sleep. I will be back if I need a room for week.

I'm not sure what had gotten on the sheet but it had to have been water soluble. Even though a trip thru the washing machine would have gotten rid of it the guy at the front desk decided to keep my $50 deposit claiming it for the damage to the sheet and pillowcase. The thread count was not high enough to be worth $50 for a top sheet and one pillow case. And nothing I had could have made the marks on that sheet , I have no idea where it even came from, I didn't even use that side of the bed. The place is rundown , broke down dismantled cars in the parking lot it's not worth the money I paid for the room . You've been warned.

Clean kitchette, quiet, and nice people.

Roaches everywhere. Had to switch rooms. Management is very rude and inconsiderate. Check out time is 11 am. Maids and managers will keep calling your phone and knocking on door, even after notification of staying or leaving. Some people are homeless and management finds it funny to laugh at people with issues checking out. Highly un-recommended. The back of hotel smell likes something died.

The room was roach infested and the hotel clerk told me that they could not give me a refund. I did not want to take uninvited guest (roaches) home with me, so we left Studio 6 for a different hotel. Just an awful experience for my family & I.
