The hotel is old and the accessible room is not clean. There is no water boiler in the room and the buffet bar did not offer cold water.

Family friendly service

We were given an upgrade to a bigger room which was wonderful! All the staff we encountered were very friendly and the woman at the registration desk was particularily helpful and kind. The rooms were very clean and well stocked. We loved the hotel and will definitelh stay there again!

Lovely breakfast Hotels.com indicated coffee/tea in foyer which we were excited about making to take to hockey arena (reason we are here) but told it is only available at breakfast so feel duped. Cost us a small fortune to stop at coffee shops for these things. The coffee maker in room smelled awful. Also my filter when searching on hotels.com were set to free breakfast and pool. We were shocked to arrive and learn that there was no pool. We have never rented a hotel room without one. We have 3 boys with ADHD so need it! Another huge let down. Please check your filters carefully.

The staff were lovely. Breakfast was amazing, kept us going all morning. Location was excellent, only 2 minutes from the bus, only 7 minutes from the subway for easy access to downtown Toronto. Hotel was quiet. Would stay here again.

It could’ve been just the room we were in but

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet hôtel. Le personnel était très gentil, le petit déjeuner est de bonne qualité et varié . Un arrêt de bus est situé juste devant l’hôtel ce qui est vraiment pratique pour se rendre dans Toronto .

Mostly clean room, good staff, free continental breakfast (don't expect anything fancy but it does the job). We were able to book a room same day without any issues.

1st time overnight stay. Room was great and kitchenette very convenient. Breakfast had great options and was tasty.
