The only thing I can really complain about is the Wi-fi signal that is very weak and can hardly give you access to the internet. Also, their business center has computers are that are so old it me 20 minutes just to start it and get into my accounts. Also, they only provide coffee and water on the first day of arrival as a welcome. For the rest of your stay you have to get your own. Otherwise, everything was excellent.!!!!

Todo súper bien

There are two pools: one features activities—if you enjoy noise and fun, you’ll love it, as it’s very large. The other is very comfortable for adults, though I think they should inform guests at check-in that it is intended for relaxation; even though there are signs, people don't pay attention. I stayed there for six days, and by the last three, it felt like a kids' pool with children jumping around everywhere. There are plenty of palapas for enjoying the beach. It’s a comfortable hotel, though the check-in and check-out processes are far too slow. You’re given towel cards; even though you’re there to relax, you have to keep an eye on your towel to ensure no one takes it, because if you don’t return the cards at the end, you’ll be charged.

Todo excelente pienso volver la verdad muy bien todo excepto en las albercas los meseros si no eres extranjero no te atienden. O si te ven el brazalete de todo incluido tampoco te atienden bien. Los meseros de los restaurantes todo lo contrario excelente servicio.

Property is very clean and maintained. Food choices could have been better

Very clean and modern property. Especially the Coba building. The food was surprisingly good. Easy to get Palapas on beach also. Only drawbacks were the shows that seemed low budget compared to the level of the property. Also, it may be a personal preference but I hated having to go through a waiter to get any drink every single time. You cannot walk up to any bar and there is no poolside bar. Waiters sometimes took too long to get drinks or give a receipt every time. It seemed it was just a way to get tips. Overall though I would visit resort again.

The resort itself is excellent. However, if you have serious food allergies like I do, I’d be careful. Lots of stuff was labeled as GF or DF and I could clearly see that it had milk or bread. I think it’s fine if you are extra aware. I told staff multiple times and I still had several allergic reactions. Other than that, this resort is my favorite.
