Me encantó la comida, lo único malo es q se tiene q hacer mucha fila, hace falta abrir otro restaurante para darse abasto y brindar mejor atención.

El personal no soluciona bien los problemas. Aunque tengan mesas disponibles no dejan pasar à a los restaurantes. El ambiente es pesado no relajado.

El personal es muy amable y atento. La habitación en muy buenas condiciones y limpia.

I always stay in Hotel Emporio on my visits to Ixtapa. However, during each of my 3 visits so far in 2026, they have been doing some kind of remodeling, painting or some other inconvenient activity that it bothersome to some or many guests. Aside from that, upon each visit I find out that one of my favorite employees is no longer with the hotel and this is disappointing. However, I always receive great service from the positive and friendly employees and I always enjoy my stay at the hotel. I love the location which is close to much shopping, bicycle rental and convenience stores. The combi and taxi transportation is easily accessed her, also. The weather on this visit was rather hot and humid and Google described many days as ¨excessive heat advisory¨. Hotel room airconditioning worked fantastic! I would like to give a special shout out to the following employees who excelled during my week long stay. Ángeles and Yeraldi were stellar at the Arrecife restaurant. Brisa was magnificent with her sandwiches and ice cream at the Deli. Georgina was pleasant and helpful at reception and Julián was superb as bellboy at the entrance. Of course, Rosa on the entertainment or animation staff was her regular enthusiastic and welcoming self spinning the hit music and guiding the many activities. I plan to return at the end of the year when the heat and humidity subside to a more seasonably comfortable level.

El hotel está viejo, le falta mantenimiento , los cuartos están con problemas de humedad, igiene, descuidados y viejos lo peor el hotel está mal calificado no es 5 estrellas, lo correcto es 2 estrellas, se reciben escursiones con niños, ellos dicen que son grupos llegaro 3 camiones y es un mundo de gente eso no es un hotel 5 estrellas, seguro que no regreso !!! Si quieres tranquilidad y pasarla bien no vengas

La habitación es pequeña pero Cómoda, linda vista, habitación 916, lo destacable fue el Personal, a algunas comidas les falta un poco de sabor (spaguetti) a la carta, sentí que los restaurantes que tiene, la comida no está tan Gourmet, ni tampoco el buffet son excelentes. El personal en gral todo bien son muy amables

El personal de la recepción no esta bien preparados y falta mejor atención. Las albercas están un poco sucias. La comida es buena y el hotel es muy familiar. Se cobro $1,050.00 pesos extras por un cambio de nombre. Muy mal!!!

Emporio Ixtapa Hotel was nice. The staff is very welcoming from start to finish, the food options were good. The room cleaning was punctual like always and everyone always answered questions very nicely. It’s not a luxurious hotel, but I would much rather stay at a central location hotel with amazing staff, good food, than an expensive hotel with the a bad beach, horrible food and workers who think they’re all that and a bag of chips. I would stay there again and again!

It’s in need of updates. Ac in our room broke and wasn’t fixed after letting them know first thing in the am until a second call was made at 5pm. The first fix was to open a window in +33degrees

Very nice property. Pool area and beach are awesome. Lots of dining and shopping options right across the street.
