WiFi was sparse in the 100 level rooms.

Nettes Hotel mit großen Zimmern. Ein wenig komisch war es, die Treppen nach unten gehen zu müssen, um zu den Zimmern zu kommen. Lag wohl an der Hanglage. Die Zimmer sind groß und geräumig. Auf der besagten unteren Etage war der Ausblick auf eine asphaltierte Fläche nicht so berauschend, aber es lag kein Müll rum. Das Frühstück ist gut und umfangreich. Abendessen habe wir in der Umgebung genossen. Die Bar war aber gut. Auffällig war, dass wir oft niemanden an der Rezeption gesehen haben, wenn wir gekommen oder gegangen sind. Wir brauchten zwar keine Hilfe, nur war es schon kurios auffällig.

Property was very nice & the room was very nice, but there was no elevator and we were on the third floor. Having knee problems this was challenging.

Absolutely love love love this hotel. This was our second time staying here and will definitely be staying here every time we visit Ireland. The staff, food, drinks, and rooms are all fantastic. I can’t praise this place enough. Rooms are a perfect size, the property is beautiful, beds are comfortable, bathrooms are clean and also a great size. Zero complaints This is the place to go!

The property is on a beautiful site with spectacular views. The common areas are situated for maximum views.

Beautiful property over looking the Atlantic Ocean and islands to the East. The hotel was clean, quiet, peaceful and staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were very spacious and up to date. Breakfast was lovely, featuring a full help yourself buffet with more items available than you can imagine. The walking paths near the ocean are clean and clear making it easy to enjoy a nice walk after dinner. I will definitely recommend and will be coming back on my next trip to Galway.

No refrigerators or microwaves in room. Pool was not open although it was suppoed ot be. Other than that, very nice property.

Breakfast was a buffet but was fresh and had a nice selection. Hotel was very clean and well kept. Cant speak to the AC as nice breeze rolled in off the ocean and kept the room very comfortable.

The setting of this hotel is beautiful, and as long as you have a car, it’s easy to get around - we used it for a base for the Galway area. Our stay included breakfast, which was lovely. We even had it in our room one day. A few draw backs for us was: the front desk staff, who were pretty rude and unhelpful when we checked in (but we are used to American level of friendliness of service) Also how early everything closed, the kitchen closes at nine even on a weekend… I wish we had known…

Food very good beautiful room and view - really nice place to stay

We were only there for one night, but probably the best night's sleep I've had in a while. The bed was AMAZING. Hot water for the shower was fantastic. Ate at the restaurant and had a great meal. Really great hotel.

Chambre sympa, jolie vue

Hotel was located right off the coast road about 20 minutes away from Galway. Room was clean and comfortable. Only negative was the 9 steps to navigate with suitcases. The staff were friendly and helpful. Apparently this is a popular hotel weddings. Had a nice dinner at the onsite restaurant/bar and then got to watch a beautiful sunset over the water. Breakfast was included and had the usual fare with something for everyone.

Hotel was quite dated it needs a freshen up. The restaurant was closed only offering small selection of meals from the bar. Breakfast was still not ready and being brought out at 7.30 when it opened at 7. Long wait to checkin only one person at the desk others walked by and saw a queue but continued walking. Very unprofessional.

Lovely ocean front hotel. Incredibly dated with no updates. Bathroom and shower were abysmal - mildew everywhere - door won’t stay open and zero ventilation. If you want a steam room with mildew then they have a bathroom for you. Pool was nice except for the mildew. Would stay here again if they get their bathroom situations dealt with, otherwise this hotel is a no for me. It was also the most expensive hotel (out of five) that we stayed at but not worth the expense. You’ll pay a premium for the ocean front - but the hotel itself is just not good at all.

The room was very spacious with a beautiful view of the water. The property and grounds were well maintained and wonderful to explore. The bar menu was delicious. All the staff was kind and helpful. Would stay here again.

Stay in superior king, if they all have the same type of view, worth every penny. Nice size room with everything you need.

Clean hotel friendly staff the food is ok Stayed 2 nights they didn’t replenish the water or tea and coffee first for everything but in general it was good

Great hotel! I would highly recommend to anyone interested in staying close to Galway.
