Excellent staff services. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The age of the building shows a little but everything was very clean and well designed.

Hotel was nice, not so sure about the area. Did not feel very comfortable about the area.

The bed was so low to the ground it was not comfortable to get onto way too lid and the coffeemaker had no water in it so had to buy water and no breakfast included with room. Missing all top and amenities really

Decent hotel to stay in and convenient

It’s a very cute and vibey hotel. It definitely is trying to go for this old Hollywood vibe and I’d say they succeed. It’s in the heart of Downtown Omaha so it’s near all the things!

Stayed for one night to be close to downtown for a “date night” hotel was nice clean and quiet. Checking in and out was smooth.

Everything looked wonderful and clean. The room was spacious and the staff were friendly. It was like a two minute walk to the Orpheum Theater. We would definitly stay here again.

Convenient location to downtown events and venues. Excellent adjourning restaurant and speakeasy.

Well maintained and cute place

Nicely appointed and aesthetically pleasing rooms and corridors. Friendly, helpful staff. A fair amount of street traffic noise. Elevator a bit sluggish. Close walk to Old market area.

The property has such a cool aesthetic being dark and mysterious following an Alice in Wonderland style. Aside from the aesthetic of the building, it has great beds, spacious showers and bathrooms, and the amenities just meet every need at the highest level. I’ve stayed here at least 7 times and any time I’m in Omaha it’s my first choice.

Rooms are spacious and modern. Comfortable beds. Staff at front desk were really nice. Easy to walk to restaurants in the area.
