The black mold on the outside the AC units was scary the ceiling tiles were taken out leaks in the lobby Was there for four days bed never made housekeeping never went and cleaned the room the elevator floors were dirty

Live roaches in the first room and when I complained they moved us to a room where there were only dead ones. very outdated and not clean...

Room amenities not good. Bath towels were not in good condition, threads were coming out. Room carpet was not clean.

There was construction going on next to the hotel. The noise was not nice but it wasn't the hotels fault.

Always a good time. They are starting on renovations. We really think it will look nice when finished.

It was good for a 2 day stay. It was clean, but we didn't use any of the amenities. It has a great location, surrounded by lots of restaurants and near a Target and Walmart.

I didn't care for the continental breakfast. There was no variety to the menu. It was a complete disappointment.

The tub didn't drain well, if at all, and I was left standing in a tub full of water during my shower and the shower curtain was not in the best condition. The toilet paper was dirty as well. A couple of the pillow cases had stains too.

We came to the hotel for a convention. Our whole church stays here every year. They are making improvements each year. See you next year!!!
