Wunderschöne Hotelanlage in ruhiger Umgebung. Besonders für Golfer geeignet. Shuttlebus zu den Arabella Golfplätzen, ansonsten Mietwagen nötig oder Taxi. Köstlich vom Frühstück über Abendessen im La Bodegha del Green bis zum Ausklang in der Bar. SPA hat ein gutes Angebot mit sehr freundlichen und kompetenten MitarbeiternInnen, individuelle Lösungen sind kein Problem! Super Service! Parkgarage gegen Aufpreis möglich, aber wenig Stellplätze. Schade ist, dass es keine Mücken-/Fliegengitter vor den Fenstern gibt. Durch die Lage in natürlicher Umgebung gibt es viele Insekten.

Excellent hôtel . Endroit magnifique autour du Golf. Personnel sympathique et serviable. Chambre très propre et spacieuse. Très bon breakfast. Petit bémol : parking à 25€ la nuit totalement inadaptée.

Amazing hotel. The hotel is overall really nice, but the service and staff is outstanding. Kind, friendly and very very polite. The restaurant is good, and there’s enough options on the menu to explore. During the 5 days we stayed there, we tried different main courses each day - all tasty and delicious. Will be back.

Es hab kein Zimmer in der Unterkünfte das du storniert werden

1. Macht: Wasser durch die Decke - Umzug ins neue Zimmer - viel kleiner und extrem hellhörig - man hörte den Nachbarn telefonieren (jedes Wort) und auch den Fernseher - er weigerte sich diesen leiser zu stellen, da er schon auf leisester Stufe sei und er das Fernsehduell Trump - Biden sehen wollte. Erneuter umzug in ein anderes Zimmer. Diesmal mit lebendem Gecko überm Bett. Nachdem der eingefangen war endlich Schlaf (4:20 Uhr) bis die Putzfrauen am Morgen im Gang unterwegs waren und beim Nachbarn klopften und "Housekeeping" riefen - dann war die Nacht wieder rum. Extrem hellhörig, das habe ich noch in keinem 2 Sterne Bunker erlebt. Der Service an der Bar mit Terrasse war übel. 20 Minuten warten, bis mal einer kommt (weil man auf sich aufmerksam gemacht hat) und dann hört man "as soll ich mac hen, ich bin allein hier" - bei 3!!! belgten Tischen....

We had a wonderful visit at the Sheraton Arabella. We especially appreciated the excellent customer service of the following friendly staff: Antonia who made eggs was exceptional , she had memorized our favorite breakfast foods and went out of her way to offer foods to my son who had allergies. Also she was super efficient and kind ! Dasha for her super customer service and talking to us so warmly and kindly and for her superior customer service. Also Iona was super friendly , and last but not least Ines remembered all of our names and was so friendly and treated us like royalty ! The customer service was friendly and professional by all staff ! Please make sure the staff mentioned get recognized !

Great location for golf

The service and facilities were really good. The room was a bit tired.

obwohl in als deutschsprachig beworben leider nicht vorhanden, einzeln sehr spanisches englisch und daher manchmal nicht verständlich, leihwagen vom hotel und trotzdem werden für die garage parkgebühren verlangt - nicht ok

nice area, central location, nature

Insgesamt schön. Frühstück toll. Abendessen entzieht sich meiner Kenntnis. Die Poolliegen etwas dreckig. Aber es gab ja Handtücher.Der Pool draussen sehr warm. Im Hochsommer leider keine Erfrischung. Sehr ruhige Unterkunft mit toller Gartenanlage.

Very nice stay, with comfortable and large room, although the interior is a bit dated, it doesn’t influence the overall comfort - only small minus was a constant “buzz” from the A/C. Breakfast was nice and lunch options was very good and varied - service level at breakfast and lunch was a bit hectic at times, even when it wasn’t that busy, but always friendly. Dinner at both restaurants were great, and we really enjoyed both the food, wine and very attentive service - actually so much, that we didn’t bother going out any of our 4 nights during our stay. Pool area was nice, clean and very spacious, with plenty of available sun loungers and umbrellas throughout the day - we also liked the online menu and ordering option. Additionally plus for the children’s pool with water slides and for the onsite golf course, making it easy to combine fun for all family members!
