Lovely

No as good as when this was owned by Marriott but clean enough and most of the breakfast was OK. Fried eggs rock hard, croissants and pastries were tiny, hard and tasted mass produced and probably 'shop bought' for Poundland. Jam was cheap and cheerful. Both toasters were useless. Room clean but misty windows due to double glazing having failed. Staff, as alwats were smashing.

Nice stay. Love the breakfast, swimming pool and hot tub. But there is no air conditioning in room. Not recommended for summer time.

Rooms were good staff were friendly and efficient, food was very good, the pool and gym rooms were clean and tidy so altogether made for a great stay

A wonderful venue with excellent staff, who go out of their way to accommodate you. Gave 4 stars as the rooms furniture could do with some updating and/or deep cleaning. eg.the chair in my room had a number of stains on it, as did the carpet. It had been hoovered but stains are a put off.

So convenient, clean, friendly and all so beautiful & varied activities.

Hotel grounds very nice a huge about of pot holes on the roads around and inside the hotel grounds definitely needs resurfacing

Nice hotel although showing signs of lack of investment and starting to age! Basic breakfast offering (awful long life coffee) unless you pay premium for other breakfasts

Terribly slow bar service and restaurant almost as bad. Food was fine but very expensive for what you get.

Lovely location but quality of ingredients for breakfast was very poor for 18.99

From the moment we got to the electric barriers, we were greated by an extremely lovely, friendly and kind man who helped us. Tge receptionist was extremely customers focused, helpful friendly and accommodating. The room was amazing and spa just topped off everything making it more than a 5 Star accommodation in my eyes.

Stayed here a few times, good value, rooms are well appointed but rest of hotel is looking tired. ‘Upgraded’ to include breakfast, I wouldn’t bother, very disappointing.

Great place to stay when working at the NEC as it’s a short drive away. Fantastic grounds and great staff. Rooms are spacious and well equipped

So relaxing and peaceful. Spa sauna amazing and clean and staff so friendy as if youve known them all your life Overall i would highly recommend

Although this could be described as a Golf Hotel it was noisy or loud, a very nice chilled atmosphere

Beautiful area, close to most venues or days out in area. Only issue for me was pot holes lots of them and showers are not great. However very nice venue, nice area and friendly staff.

This was an on route stop over. Reviews were average, and that kind of sums it up really. Some photos make it look a lot better than it is. We booked DBB, to keep it simple for 1 night. DInner on Friday night was a buffet- not ideal, Luke warm food, choice very limited, so not ideal. I did see later other tables ordering from a menu, so it might have been the DBB option, but I’d have liked a better choice. Pudding they has sticky toffee pudding with a sauce, but ice cream was extra! 🙄 Breakfast better, although pastries were very dry. So ok if your into golf, but if not I’d give a miss.
