An exceptional property where service is excellent and facilities amazing.

Dear Anassa Team, We recently enjoyed a family getaway at your resort and wanted to extend our thanks for a truly wonderful experience. The setting was beautiful, and your staff was exceptionally welcoming and attentive—thank you for making our stay so memorable. That said, we did want to share a couple of points that affected our comfort. On Sunday evening, between approximately 17:00 and 18:00, we had hoped to rest before dinner, but there was a very loud and persistent noise coming from below our window. It sounded like metallic objects being dropped repeatedly and was quite disruptive—especially during a time when peace and quiet would have been appreciated. Additionally, we found the breakfast offering a bit underwhelming. The bacon was very hard and the poached eggs were cold, which didn’t quite meet the expectations we had from Anassa. Aside from these points, everything else was truly excellent, and we’d gladly return. We simply wanted to share this feedback in the hope it’s helpful for your continuous improvement.

Service is great

Great place to stay. We were lucky to arrive before the holidays so had our first few days in a quiet hotel. Awesome staff and amenities. Also a great gym.

It’s a funny place. On the one hand stunning grounds and exterior. Incredible views and location. On the other hand the food and beverage options are poor and not in keeping with such a place.

Excellent hotel. Steep path to the beach and water sports. Expect to return.

The property is located in a beautiful and quiet part of Cyprus. The view are stunning. It is very dated and requires renovations, the food is average and breakfast options are limited for the price you're paying. After check in there are hardly any staff around and we did not receive a room upgrade, we stayed in a rooms with very limited views.

Je suis un habitué d’Anassa depuis des années, c’est toujours Zen et vivifiant, le personnel est toujours aimable et serviable, surtout ceux ou celles qui sont là depuis longtemps, la restauration a baissé d’un cran en qualité, dommage.

Most fabulous resort. Every amenity and watersport activities available. Great restaurants. Cannot beat it.
