Bellissimo Hotel, camera spaziosa con bagno grande e pulito. Personale attento e sempre disponibile un grazie anche a quelli della reception. Colazione fantastica c’è di tutto dal salato al dolce con molta scelta. Da provare!!

Wonderful welcome after our late arrival, excellent hospitality. Prosecco at breakfast was a special start to the day.

Staff was friendly and professional. Property clean and as advertised. Would recommend to family and friends. Julian at check in was amazing, he personally showed us around the hotel and escorted us to our room.

Palace? More like a budget B&B, where you’re charged €360 for a basic street view room per night with old furniture… Check your bill when checking out because they tried to charge two separate dinners worth about €200 which we didn’t have. When pointed out, there was no apology! I’ve never seen a beachfront hotel charging for beach towels before. Here you rent them for €3 each! And of course the sunbeds and umbrellas are extra… Beach itself is more like a mall’s car park with never ending slots. The management is so cheap, apparently there’s only two irons for the entire hotel! And every time you ask for one to be left in the room, they just collect it back after an hour…. When I complained and requested it back, the man at the reception called Julian gave me smirk and a shrug instead of an apology and rejected my request to share my feedback with the management. There is a rooftop bar with a very poor selection of wines (one generic white and one red) served by the glass at €10 each - and you’re in Tuscany… Also the set up is so weird, you don’t get to see the sunset from any of the front row seats as the view is blocked by the pillars of the wall unless you stand up… a glass wall would’ve just fixed it. Dirty and worn communal spaces, as well as very outdated interiors. It’s a pity cause the location is lovely but it’s a terribly managed hotel.

Wonderful breakfasts, access to beach, and service!!

The staff were very helpful and engaging. The breakfast was incredible, and the service and food were excellent. The room was very nice and well appointed. Any issues (air conditioning, TV) were fixed immediately. Enjoyed the roof top bar and the location was one of the best on the promenade

The hotel and staff are extremely nice. Couldn’t ask for more, location is great, rooms are nice, breakfast is great and a lovely roof to bar to top it all off. Highly recommend.

Great hotel close to the beach and beautiful rooftop terrace. Great breakfast. Not very close to the train and no shuttle available. Also very slow check-out; almost missed our train. Not the best dinner service by wait staff, but good food. Overall good hotel, just give yourself plenty of time for everything.

The staff were excellent. The breakfast was one of the best in all my travels in Italy. And you can’t beat the location.

The hotel is located in a beach area. Nothing special about it. Dated, looks like it has seen better times, a long time ago. Same with the hotel. Everything is old, looks worn out, smells like old, furniture is completely obsolete. It is in urgent need of renovation, and it should be no more than a two stars hotel. Not recommended…

Property not well maintained, our room had lots of ants, no AC and very dusty not cleaned well.

As close to the water as you can get! We were able to walk to the train station.

I love the style of the building and how convenient it is for everything . The team there made me feel very welcome and looked after my every need . It was an amazing location for the carnival as was on the carnival route . Eating lunch on the sunny terrace hearing the noise of the carnival below whilst drinking wine was great also handy for Lucca and Cinque Terra

Beautiful restored building in a great location near the beach. Staff was friendly and helpful, bar area and breakfast was top notch. The room was large and bed very comfortable. Can’t wait to return!
