Staff friendly building clean Breakfast good

Staff was friendly and able to answer in English when I had a question.

The room was spacious and clean. The only downfall is sofa bed is not comfortable at all. The springs dig into your back and definitely isn’t a good night sleep.

Nice room with all the need accomodations

Super séjour! Personnel très agréable et que dire de la chambre, juste un gros wow, très spacieuse et avec cuisinette tout équipée qui est toujours pratique!!! Je recommande vraiment l’hôtel et c’est certain que nous y retournerons lorsque nous serons de passage dans le secteur!

My room was quiet and comfortable. The hot breakfast was nice and I liked the grapefruit juice. Chef Mike was delightful. His food and his conversation were both very enjoyable. It was nice to have a full kitchen even if I couldn't reach most of the shelves unless I used the counter stool. On the con side: my "city view" was of a giant pile of snow and my king size bed was actually queen size.

Good sized room with great kitchen. Very much enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, which had many selections. Weather was very cold outside but room was warm and cozy. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Convenient stay.

Service was excellent. The room was larger than expected and very comfortable. The bathroom was up to date with an excellent shower and very clean.

Our favourite place to stay when visiting family in Laval.

Le personnel à la réception est très professionnel, courtois et efficace. Ma chambre (studio lit King) était propre et spacieuse. L'etage (3e) était calme ce qui rend le sejour agreable et reposant. Il nous manque de rien dans la chambre, vaisselles, lave-vaisselle, toaster, ustensiles, plaque chauffante, casseroles etc.
