Very helpful staff and went out of their way to be friendly

The people walking around on the floor above us was disruptive to our sleep. We mentioned it to the front desk the next morning - he suggested that perhaps management would look at soundproofing the floors and ceilings with the next reno. Front desk staff in the evening was ok just not as warm and welcoming as I was expecting, but the guy who checked us out was most helpful the next day. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Excellent staff, lovely grounds, clean and comfortable room!

The breakfast is decent, location is right next to a freeway and the property looks a bit dated. However the pub sounded pretty lively and happening (we didn't go in as we were only staying one night and too tired).

Very satisfied with the room. The staff were excellent. It looks like they are are working on the grounds. Would stay again on way to the airport

Complimentary breakfast was good, they even had some grab and go options. Never went to the pub, so I cant rate the food

Going through some renovations so there was a bit of inconvenience but it’s good to see that they are working on it. The room was well.maintained, spacious and quiet. Staff was excellent and we enjoyed the attached pub and restaurant.

Really fun hotel with a unique style. Complementary breakfast was good. Onsite bar is also nice.

Didn’t start till 7 and we had to leave at 6:45 for a flight One reason to stay there so we didn’t have to eat at the airport
