They have been very helpy with my lost baggage during my stay, and always see them with big smile on face! And great comfortable room as well! We come again next time !

Lack of staff in bar and restaurant area The bar/restaurant area was never staffed and had to wait for staff to be found to serve us Private function spilled out onto restaurant area, therefore residents were not given access to the area. We were never advised in advance so we could have made alternative arrangements We had to leave due to excessive noise from the persons attending the function

We chose the hotel for its location, near to an event we were attending, and the fact it had air conditioning. The air conditioning worked well and we had free parking and breakfast included in the price of the room.

Lovely staff with excellent service. Stay there 2 or 3 times a year & always clean, good food. Good parking facilities.

Very stylish hotel staff very helpful

Stay here a lot, Room are always clean and comfortable, food at this hotel is to a really good standard, however I experienced issues with electrical box at door not keeping electricity on in the room, I was moved room due to this issue however the new room was next to one of the main doors leading to bedroom areas so I was kept awake all night with the door slamming closed after guests, hotel door lock was also broken, but didn’t want to go through the hassle of Moving to a third room. Other than these issues I can’t fault anything else.

Good clean room with great views and very nice air conditioning.

The staff is amazing. Monique went out of her way to find us a clean room that didn’t smell. The staff worked overtime to make up for a property that has been neglected by management. Light fixtures didn’t work, carpets were stained, water regulation in the shower and faucet spurted out with an inconsistent flow and often were scaldingly hot. Bed coverings and carpets were stained. Walls and doors were filthy. Chairs were worn out. This is not the fault of the cleaning staff or front desk staff. The owners, Accor Management, are using this property to extract revenue and not reinvesting in the property.

Having visited before, the hotel is still good value but some issues this time round..... lampshade broken, some dents in the wall and art work, a broken electrical socket in the hallway. Staff were lovely but we didn't use the hotel's amenities this time so can't comment on these. Needs a bit of TLC bit still a good hotel to be a base in MK.

Bed very comfortable, one of the best we have had in a hotel, we'll appointed room, and added bonus of air con. Large shower, which was modern and clean. And the two evening meals, we had during our stay were excellent. Downside was the cost of breakfast £14+, plus extra £2 if booked on the day. Perhaps they could offer alternative of nice coffee and sour dough toast for a reduced price? Also coffee/tea/milk not replenished in room so I ended up having camomile tea... Staff very helpful too. Plenty of parking space. Beautiful reception area as was Restaurant.
