Beds good: pillows, blanket, mattress. TV good. Everything else a bit shabby for a Ramada property.

Clean well kept room. Polite and friendly staff. Breakfast was good. Bacon was greasy, maybe could use a grate in there to lift off bottom.

Rooms and front entrance needs updating

It’s an old building but they are able to maintain their service to meet minimum standards of a hotel. My main concern is the water temperature in the shower. You can literally use the water to make coffee. It’s too hot. You can control it but accidents can happen and you can burn yourself. Almost burned my hand when testing the water before jumping into the shower. Not sure if their maintenance has good plumbing experience but you can control the hot water output before you attached the handle. For the 2 staffs at the front that we met. Not sure if they’ve been working a lot or working double shifts, no smiles on their faces. To run a business like that, they need to be more welcoming and interactive to their guesses. Cleanliness, is ok. Carpets looks old. Breakfast is pretty good. Would suggest them to get a pancake maker. Kids loves pancake. They have a waffle maker but kids see it differently. I like the “To Go” paper plates they use for breakfast but they should keep an eye on there garbage or have a bigger garbage so it’s not overflowing. Parking with plug ins is a plus. Location is 10/10. It’s beside Boston Pizza, Costco, groceries etc. if they do a Full Reno on this hotel and make it more presentable to the eye, this hotel will have big potential. Provide training to their staff to make them look more friendly and welcoming is also an improvement that they can work on. The hotel is older but comfortable. Rooms are clean and a good size. Staff is helpful. Breakfast is decent - powdered eggs, lots of pork, no gluten free options.

The staff was marvelous, unfortunately there were a number of children staying at the same time and they were quite noisy till late into the night.(kids will be kids).

I enjoyed my stay. The hotel has no amenities I could see besides a small gym. Not much around it other than a Boston Pizza. But for a clean, comfortable place to stay it was great. A great value. I really appreciate the black out blinds and curtains. The mattresses and pillows were very comfortable.

TVs are not functional, front desk doesn’t even answer telephone limes, only to find out they were talking and laughing when I went down to address the issues. Breakfast are not refilled, we went down at 8:00am, and waffles are the only option and the sausages, other trays are empty.

Quick, efficient check-in. Hostess came to our room to help us with Roku TV. Very comfy bed🤗
