We have prepaid. The reception staff Mike turned us away telling us the master card without chip can not be acceptable. Even we are willing to pay cash, he still refused us checking in. When we asked for official document, he said unavailable. It made us paying double price to find another hotel at 0200 after 12 hours flying. We were very tired, disaappointed, frustrated. Very bad experience when traveling in Vancouver. Very bad!

Clean, comfortable but missing towels… only had 2 bath. Front desk told me to come down and get them… and provided me with a mixed bag of all kinds of towels but no wash clothes… just gave up. Didn’t make breakfast, but had a delightful Indian dinner at the attached restaurant. 5 stars for the restaurant (Live Grill)

Friendly Staff at the front desk and in the hallway! Recently updated. Very clean and fresh. Beds and pillows comfortable. Pool was lovely and warm. Hot tub nice and hot! Parking was easy and included in price. Complimentary Hot breakfast exceeded my expectations!

Quick check in. Friendly staff, hot breakfast next door with lots of tables or booths. Grandson loved pool and hot tub. Comfy bed and pillows. Did laundry twice $2 per load. Appreciate them having two washers and two sryers.

It’s an older property but it was good and the staff were nice. The gym equipment isn’t maintained such as missing batteries so it doesn’t work at all

The sleeping area was very nice and updated, but the bathroom was quite old and not in the best condition. Staff were great.

Hotel was conveniently located, lots of parking out front. Rooms were clean, however bathroom consisted of only a toilet and bathtub which could use some updating. The sink and vanity were located in the room itself, which was odd and a little inconvenient if someone was getting ready while another was trying to sleep. All in all, was a decent stay for a few nights and would stay there again.

Outstanding breakfast, easy check-in. Was a short, one-night stay but had no difficulties, a quiet, clean room for an overnight.
