We have prepaid. The reception staff Mike turned us away telling us the master card without chip can not be acceptable. Even we are willing to pay cash, he still refused us checking in. When we asked for official document, he said unavailable. It made us paying double price to find another hotel at 0200 after 12 hours flying. We were very tired, disaappointed, frustrated. Very bad experience when traveling in Vancouver. Very bad!

Was disappointed that room i reserved was not available. They should have notified me and I would have found other accommodations. Very unprofessional.

We had an absolutely wonderful 2-day stay at Ramada by Wyndham, and honestly, everything exceeded our expectations. We stayed in the Business Room with two queen beds, and the room was incredibly spacious, clean, comfortable, and perfect for relaxing. The price was also surprisingly excellent for everything included. One of the best parts of our stay was the hospitality. Every staff member was extremely polite, welcoming, and helpful. Whatever extra things we asked for, they happily provided with such kindness and professionalism. The hotel amenities were amazing as well, especially the indoor heated pool and hot tub jacuzzi. It was such a relaxing experience. The fitness center was well maintained, and there was ample parking space which made everything very convenient. Another highlight was the free complimentary breakfast at Sahota restaurant located within the property itself. The breakfast was unlimited, delicious, and served in such a beautiful restaurant setting. There were so many good options, and we truly enjoyed every morning there. It honestly felt like dining at a premium restaurant. Overall, we completely loved our stay here and would definitely return again. Highly recommended for couples, families, or anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay with excellent service and amenities!

Room was clean. Parking was easy. Breakfast was very good. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.

It was nice staying there

Nice clean and good size room I don’t like the fact that the restaurant is in separate building. Rain is not nice when you wake up and got wet to get your breakfast.

We stayed here one night on a bike-packing trip with friends of ours. The room was spacious and clean, the staff were amazing, and the amenities were really good. We’d ridden 97km and were hot and tired and it was a great stop. The shower felt sooooo good. We did have to walk a bit for supper but not even a km to the Fox and Fiddle, which was excellent.

A pleasant surprise. Comfortable beds. Quiet place . Nice pool and surprisingly a good breakfast. Scrambled eggs sausage hard boiled eggs pancakes waffles cereal fruit muffins bagels juices even pita bread salsa and shredded cheese

The hotel and staff are overall ok and the parking is adequate but the room was another story. The bathroom was really small containing only a tub shower and toilet. The sink was near the door in the main room not where it should be and the toilet was too low with no support bars to assist sitting and getting up. No good for large or overweight or tall people. Will not stay there again.

Nothing unique, typical hotel in the Fraser Valley, bring a translator or learn a different language, as being in Surrey no one speaks English any longer.

Clean and quiet. Nice staff. Will stay again
