Employees were very helpful

We were on floor 3. 7:00 am construction started on the forth floor jack hammering started. Bang the noises were very loud and disturbing. We were not warn or made aware that we could exspect the wakeup. This ruined are stay. No compensation offered

The room was spacious and clean. We liked the attached restaurant. The only downside was some jackhammer noise early in the morning.

Roadside rooms are noisy due to the highway.

Under construction. Parking was difficult to find since there is a Conference Center attached. And the prices went up due to that. Check in staff was not friendly. Got a 25% off from the attached White Spot which did not come across when looking at hotels.

Great place, closer to the tulip festival, nice mountain views when we step out. Rooms were super clean

The a/c heating unit was very noisy we had to shut it off wouldn’t stay again, the staff not the most pleasant

Construction from the flood started at 8am, but they moved me after I noted it so all good. No hotel restaurant but discounts at attached White Spot. Free parking, nice little pool, helpful staff, clean rooms, no highway noise on the back side. Would stay again!

The property was great but our experience with noise from patrons was not. This of course is not the fault of the hotel. I would however if I was to return ask to be on a quiet floor. We were placed near a elevator and as the night wore on and intoxicated concert goers returned we were dealing with a sleepless night. The most unfortunate thing happend when we finally had time to enjoy the hot tub it was lukewarm and too late for anyone to do anything about. The staff was great though and housekeeping made up our room each day beautifully. I would recommend this place to others but would mention things to be aware of.

Breakfast was wonderful room was clean and comfortable

Bed in our room was bagged out and needs replacing. I don’t expect a saggy bed in a decent hotel.
