It was the perfect place for a group stay

The location was excellent.

Convenient

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was great for us since we have a toddler. The room we stayed in is ample space for three. Overall, we love our stay !

Upon check in, the front desk agent made us feel so welcomed & offered much needed advice on local eateries & even what was open 24/7. Throughout our stay the hospitality was amazing & the breakfast buffet was the best we’ve come across in our travels. Rooms were spacious, quiet, pool & hot tub were large. Will definitely be back

Room was nice, not a good view and the breakfast was not very good.

The whole place was clean, the location was perfect, and there’s a lot of food. Also, I like that there’s a shuttle connector stopping in front of the office.

Stained bedsheets, hair that wasn’t mine and carpet was sticky

The property and staff were great, but the homeless population made me feel unsafe to get around during certain times as a single mother

We loved staying at this hotel. The cleanliness, accommodations and service were all outstanding! It’s centrally located so easy walking distance to restaurants, stores, transportation. Simon, our desk clerk, was especially helpful. He was able to sell us Hop On Hop Off bus tickets and tickets to the Aquarium in Stanley Park. He also directed us to one of the best dim sum restaurants in town. I’d gladly stay here again.

Great staff and awesome location to walking attractions

Senior travellers, stayed in 1 suite bedroom just across elevator, 16th floor. Room is good size for a couple, kitchen amenities adequate for preparing simple meals or snacks. Shower room with safety bar, no bathtub. Bed mattress is soft. Room is very clean. Staff are excellent from check in to check out. Breakfast buffet is excellent, numerous food to choose from. Like most hotels in Vancouver, not budget friendly. Area of the hotel is fairly safe, location is awesome. Walkable to restaurants, bakeries, coffee shops, and art gallery.
