I stayed on the West Wing of Shangri-la Hangzhou, right across the magnificent West Lake. There's mixed reviews on Shangri-la but I found my stay to be really pleasant. The hotel staffs are helpful with all the nitty gritty request of bath gel, water etc. The concierge, mr. Sky Shao was extremely helpful with tickets booking and refund. And he even all the stretch to making sure we got our refund back way after his office hour. Overall I find Shangri-la with its service and beautiful surrounding a memorable experience and would definitely come back again.
