工作人员很友好，可以前往史基浦机场。

住在这里总是很满意，食物也很美味。

Great location, beside airport, easy access to airport.

Bersih, kamar yang luas, tidak ribet saat check in dan dekat sekali karena ada jembatan penghubung langsung ke terminalnya.

Dekat airport, oke banget lokasinya.

Tempat sangat stategis buat yang sekedar transit untuk melanjutjan perjalanan kembali. tanpa harus keluar bandara. Semua makanan dan shoppingnya juga lengkap.

Hotel sangat bagus, dan cukup berjalan 5 menit sudah sampai Dari Schiphol airport

When checked out from the hotel the officer charged me the additional bill for the tax and the gate (their restaurant) from my credit card. I didn't realize that the gate is the name of the restaurant until I asked for the print out bill and asked what is the bill of the gate for. I told him that I didn't take any meals from the restaurant and I even show the evidence (supermarket bill with the date and the time) that I was still out of the hotel when someone who use my room number took the meals from the restaurant. After further investigation, they cancelled the deduction from my credit card. But what I regret the most is the supervisor's attitude who didn't say any sorry for the mistake they have done and even show her unfriendly face during the process. It was not the professional attitude that 4 stars hotel should have.

According to me the Sheraton Amsterdam Airport hotel is the one hotel which is the nearest with Schipol Amsterdam about 150 m and is connected so it's very quick to catch a train, to starbuck, king burger and many restaurants. of course it's not far to check-in for departing back. Thanks
