Sheraton no bad when stay there

The name is Sheraton, but it is an old hotel. Almost none of the staffs can speak English, though at least most know the alphabet. We met one staff out of around 20 who knows English during our stay. We were so pleasantly surprised. The swimming and fitness facility are okay. We used it several times. The breakfast is a bit disappointing for a five star hotel, more like a 3 star hotel. A warning for next customer: Do not book the tour! The tour is expensive, asks for money than you pay for, and basically, a scam. It is quite disappointing that Sheraton can work with a scam tour.
