Room a little worn, but seemed clean. The bath mat was totally frayed, seemed a little weird.

The property has a nice breakfast, beautiful decor, and comfortable beds. The pool is maybe 15 feet by 12 feet, and the hot tub water is green and looks dirty. At night, there are street racers that kept us up until 1 and 2am. The breakfast room smells like trash, especially by the coffee. We went outside to eat and had to rearrange the dirty patio each morning. Because the pool was so small, only one family could be in it at a time. So, we sat in the chairs by the pool. The trash was overflowing and wreaked like old tuna. We left immediately. If they cleaned things up more and mitigated the racing, it would be a far more pleasant experience.

Location is a particular one, at the end of Cerrillos. Good value with a pool. Parking is constrained. I'd like to see water available for customers in the lobby.

I really did enjoy staying at this property. It did have all the comforts of home and the property team was very kind. It was the best bang for my buck considering the price for other places I could’ve chosen in Santa Fe. It is a slight bit older property, but it was cozy and welcoming. I recommend this property over the others.

Parking was a pain because there were 5 buses at hotel but all worked out well

The staff were great. Very helpful and friendly. Some staff were prone to talk way too loudly in the hall in the morning. Woke me up.

We find this hotel to be responsive, friendly, and comfortable. The breakfast to more than satisfactory. Plentiful and delicious.

We loved staying here! The staff is very friendly, welcoming and accommodating. The rooms were cute and quaint and very clean. The breakfast was amazing! We would definitely stay here again in the future!

We got in at midnight after a wedding ceremony. The room smelled horribly, but I was hoping that the AC would eliminate the odor. I woke up again at 5:00 AM and my bed and the surrounding area of the bed emitted a pungent odor of cat urine. We finally "fled" the room at 8:00 AM and notified staff of the hotel.

I had a fast check in and the front desk was very hospitable. I liked that.

Great place, stayed 3 nights 4 days, away from traffic but close to downtown area.
