I did not have breakfast as I left the hotel very early, there's a nice selection of bar food throughout the day and evening. Everything about this hotel was great very friendly helpful staff I had a spacious room and a big double bed the only downside is you need to book a ground floor room if you have mobility problems as there is no lift on the upside it's less than a 10 minute walk to departure. I would recommend to anyone looking for a perfect night before you fly stay at this hotel.

Got 15% discount on food and drink when we joined free as members. 2 minutes from the airport. Food was lovely and good priced drinks. Will definitely stay here again now we know how close it is to the airport.

All we needed for an overnight to catch an early flight. Competitively priced against airport parking and against a 10mile taxi ride from where we live. Didn't use any of the facilities.

Easy check in with helpfull staff. Very good and clean rooms. Reastaurant closes at 21:30 but room service all night and vending in the reception. Despite not booking a cot was immediately avalable.. With two small children the very short trip to the airport needed a taxi (2 minutes) which was easily organised and punctual.

We stayed one night before our early morning flight. Located within walking distance to airport. Clean and comfortable room. Would definitely stay again.

The room smelt very damp when we walked in due to the bathroom door being open and the smell was coming from there . The bedroom was clean but dated but the bathroom left a lot to be desired. It needs a overhaul soon. We was in room 28 on the ground floor . The floor boards made a dreadful noise to say its on the ground floor

Great location to and from the airport. Rooms are clean. Bathroom is a bit dated. Has all the facilities you need. Staff are absolutely amazing and really helpful.

comfy bed pillows were a bit lumpy, swimming pool not always available due to timetable. it would be a nice touch to have a bottle of water each since the prices have rocketed in recent months

Excellent hotel location for an overnight stay prior to flying from East Midlands. Clean and modern rooms and very decent restaurant.

There’s no fridge in the room, but that was the only negative. Very convenient for walking to airpirt

From check in which took 40 mins as they couldn’t find our booking, which was paid for in January. To paying for a meal where chips were hard and stale, did tell the member of staff but was told he would tell the kitchen, he pick up the chips and never returned, not would you like me to get you some fresh chips, nothing, reported it to reception, not interested, reported again the next morning and luckily got a decent member of staff Nichola I think her name, she refunded me my money. Breakfast was cold, day two went to make a coffee there were still water left in the kettle, the kettle was very dirty, the shower was dirty and rusty, toilet stained, the worse thing was when we noticed old blood on the pillow, that was the final straw we checked out and booked into the Hilton which to my suprise was the same price a night as we paid for this awful hotel, experia have been amazing sorting this out for us. I have photos of the things I mention here. This hotel needs the health and safety going in to access this.
