parking was easy enough but due too much rain i couldn't see the bad holes in the lot. didn't use a/c but heater & it worked fine. check in took longer than i liked due to attendant was away from desk for almost 10 minutes. There was a note there but didn't say when they'd be back.I already pre paid on Expedia otherwise i would have walked out to go elsewhere .The man was pleasant enough though when checking me in ,apologizing for being away from the desk. Our room was clean though & everything worked well in it. Area was quiet to sleep& beds were comfortable.Location was good for us & easy to find.

The property is shabby - this is a budget hotel - but there is ample parking, tons available nearby for shopping and dining, and all the staff I encountered were lovely. The grab-and-go breakfast was not to my taste but the yogurt, juice and granola bar came in handy later in the day. And the coffee at breakfast was very good.

Continental breakfast advertised but no vegetarian options. Fruits were raw & unedible. Had to go out to eat Heating was broken and the room was freezing cold until night. Had to escalate to get it fixed Found construction dirt in the hallways & steps. Most of the areas are in soiled condition and inhabitable. Heard that travelodge is planning to close in upcoming months and they were surprised that they still advertise all these amenities in Expedia inspite of all these shortcomings. Worst experience ever. Need refund of my expensive stay. Pls help.

terrible staff especially the front desk he is on Adderall and will be extremely disrespectful and rude and not let you go into the room forcing you to book else where plus it's extremely dirty and the power shut down for a good 15 mins GOOD LUCK!

Free breakfast was only a granola bar and fruit, also our friends across the hall had no running water and when reported to front desk the staff barely answered

Tiny television that couldn’t be synchronized with the service. Lag in dialogue and scenes. Patio door didn’t open and close properly. Very shabby and dark hall walls. Pothole ridden parking lot that was littered with cigarette butts in front of the rear entrance. The price was good. However I “got what I paid for” I guess…

Upon check-in we were told our room had been upgraded. It was a room with Jacuzzi, but it wasn't working. Room seemed outdated and was not clean. Coffee splatters all over the door, and on one of the walls. Cobwebs. Much dust behind bed and furniture. Thankfully the floor had laminate, not carpet. Our biggest disappointment was breakfast. It was grab and go; no place to sit down. Egg McMuffin had to be heated in our room, but no proper place to sit down there either as most of the room was taken up with non-working Jacuzzi. There was no coffee maker in our room. So we feel the description on website is very misleading. Happy with very clean bathroom, towels and fresh linens. Staff was wonderful, everyone we met was polite, helpful and friendly. Price was best in the area. Maria

Clean room…nice staff

False advertising. Room was messy and smelt funky. Checked right out and booked a stay someplace else the very night.

There was no staff around, the building was falling apart.
