Wonderful hotel, highly recommened!

Everything was perfect

The room was nice, the breakfast was fabulous!

Well located, clean, pleasant staff, good value.

Looked like most/all suite entry doors were patch painted with wrong color. Gym/weight room is mediocre and tiny. Tv in gym not working. One of the two elliptical was broken making weird noise. Very clean and great staff though.

Front desk staff was very friendly. Parking at the hotel is paid public parking so no guarantee of a spot...but...staff let me know of a public garage that was only a block away...and the garage was free on the weekends. Very helpful. The restaurant on-site was great...the atmosphere and the food. It overlooks the waterfront and there is tons of outdoor seating for the summer.

The room was nice and clean, basic kind of room. Great price for the area which has lots of things to offer. Breakfast was good as well. Sausages, quiches, pancakes etc.

When we went to lock our room at night we found duck tape and our peep hole blocked. We immediately felt unsafe and took it to the front desk. The girl at the front desk was not concerned at all and brushed it off, telling us the manager would be in the next morning. The more we talked about this we really did not feel safe in our room so we asked to switch and after a lot of back and forth we finally got the “last” room and had to switch at 1am. The next morning we checked out and asked to speak to the manager and the new girl at the front desk was very rude and pushed us away. For feeling like someone was tampering with our room and safety, we were treated like we were in the wrong. It was terrible. No compensation or sympathy what so ever.

The front desk staff were extremely helpful and friendly and the location can't be beat. However, the cleanliness of the room was disappointing. The bathtub appeared like someone had shaved in it and it was not cleaned, and one of the two towels was stained. I would not say not to stay here, but definitely inspect the room before settling in.

The hotel is in lakefront. Beautiful view and easy parking. Only one thing is there are no shower bench available.

The bar restaurant was good. The staff in the bar I would give 5 stars. The staff at reception I would give 3 stars. Why do a deduction $150.00 pending on your credit card at check in, if you cannot put the restaurant bill on your Hotel invoice?

The room was large, clean, and well provisioned with a coffee machine, fridge, and microwave. Bed was excellent and the view was amazing even from the 1st floor (US 2nd for). Bar was lovely with a good selection of beers at similar prices to pubs downtown, restaurant food was amazing.

Excellent restaurant with happy hour deals! Great guest services desk!

Clean room, the road is noisy. This trip there was a family that was down the hall was noisy. One of the gentlemen on the front desk was great. The other gentleman barely spoke english.

Bed was comfortable and room was acceptable overall. Location of hotel is very pleasant along the lakeshore. Location makes up for other inconsistencies in our case as we were attending a function within walking distance. Cleanliness lacking Blinds let in light and were dirty Parking was not included. Parking is free of charge in the downtown after 6:00 pm if you want to save 23$.

Good location
