Wonderful hotel, highly recommened!

Breakfast was just "okay". Rooms were fine but the sounds between the adjoining (locked) rooms was very noticeable. The location was great for what and why we were there.

Room was nice. Stayed after a long delayed flight and the heat wasn’t working. Was too tired to bother, but set the heat to high and when we woke up bathroom was freezing. Expedia does a poor job of displaying potential parking charges. Parking was 22$ a night in Burlington. Downtown Toronto I get the extra for parking and would even expect it, but not here.

Room was in pretty rough shape. There is an application to tear down the building and it is clear they are not keeping the hotel in top shape. There were stains on the headboard which was gross.

Parking was really expensive when you can park a lot cheaper at the parking structure across the street. The room was mediocre, only books here because the location was convenient for me at the time

I always enjoy staying the Waterfront Hotel because of the location and the friendly staff and the reasonable price during the off season but the winter months are actually more beautiful than a hot summer night.

Clean room, nice to have continental breakfast, having a guest with us with celiac disease it was nice that it had gluten free option. Will stay again!

There was a dirty sock left in the corner of our room, not sure how that one was missed by housekeeping. There was a microwave in our room but it wasn't working and no other microwave available in the hotel that you can use, I told front desk about it and was told someone was coming to check it for us but nobody showed up. The bath tub is clogged and not draining properly. Only one elevator was working, picture quality of the tv was very bad. Ice machine wasn't working. The amount of parking spaces wasn't enough for the number of guests staying. I won't be coming back and will NOT RECOMMEND staying there. Was expecting more for what they are charging. Nice location though but that's about it.

We were looking forward to using the pool. Unfortunately, the water was cold and there is no shallow end, so not good for kids. Room was nice and clean. Comfortable bed. Not a smart tv. Complimentary breakfast was better than expected. Eggs, pancakes, sausage, hot and cold cereal, miffins, bagels, toast, yogurt, coffe, tea, milk, juice available. Staff were friendly.

Very clean room, kind staff and great amenities. Fitness room and pool were a nice unexpected surprise, breakfast buffet was plentiful and tasty. Great price for a great location.

Clean room, halls, common areas.. but why not blow some compressed air at the covwebs in the main windows. Plz and the chandelierd so cool but ccovered in dust

Le personnel de l’hôtel est très accueillant et accommodant. Le petit déjeuner est très bien. Le gymnase est accessible, propre et l’équipement est en excellent état.

Although the hotel was given a slap of paint and look clean at first glance, the carpet in my room had gross stains on them (blood? who knows) and the two mattresses in my room were ripped. I have never stayed in a hotel with actual visible tears in the mattresses. yuck
