The location is not nice , Brescia 2 is not the “real Brescia”. Breakfast Coffee horrible The room AC was not enough strong

Helt ok rum men luftkonditioneringen fungerade inte så bra. Frukosten bra, middagsmenyn hade mycket ovanliga rätter så svårt att hitta ngt. Trevlig personal.

The room and locations was what we needed for a day trip in Brescia, our room was ready early, which was appreciated. We decided to give the on-site restaurant a try for dinner. My husband returned his main course, he had ordered a chef special $24 Euro - it was shrimp with veggies. The 3 small shrimp had actually been cut in half and was more of an appetizer size. When he complained to the hotel, they did not seem to care, simply said "we won't charge you" - the food I received was adequate, but not special. This was the worst meal we had in Italy. The hotel is good for a 1 night place to sleep and take a shower.

Tudo muito limpo, apesar de desgastado. Localização ótima. Estacionamento. Restaurante não atende com qualidade. Café da manhã é muito bom.

Unfortunately, we were assigned a room where the air conditioning was not functioning properly. No matter whether it was set to 15°C, it was unable to cool the room down to a comfortable temperature. In addition, the shower area was designed in a way that resembled an accessible bathroom, but without any proper separation or door. As a result, every time we took a shower, water spread across the entire bathroom floor. This is not the standard we would normally expect from Novotel, and we were therefore very disappointed with our overall experience.

Absolutely wonderful stay here, smooth and simple check in, friendly and helpful staff, clean, tidy and spacious room with all you could need and a wonderful breakfast selection in the morning

L etat générale de la cabine sa va a part les alentours

Si trova in una zona tranquilla della città. il centro è raggiungibile a piedi o con la metropolitana. La struttura è elegante e ben tenuta. Camere ampie e ben arredate.

Wonderful stay. Clean, comfortable room, nice bedding, wonderful staff. The only thing I would have is a proper fridge in the room. There is one but it is set up for the mini bar. The air conditioning was not working while I was there in April. It was rather hot in my room but I could open the window. Not sure if they turn it on later in the season.

La camera poteva essere pulita meglio. Peccato

Quartos limpos e amplos, equipe atenciosa. Supermercado em frente ao hotel. Estacionamento no local, o que facilita muito quem está de carro.

Hôtel très correct, canapé lit dans les chambres est très médiocre je déconseille ce type de lit

Personale molto disponibile e cortese. Le parti comuni dell'albergo sono molto belle, i corridoi ai piani e le camere risultano un po' datati, non tanto a livello di arredo, quanto per le finiture delle pareti e per le porte. In camera mancava uno specchio, mentre il phon non era all'altezza della struttura. Ottimo il frigobar, capiente e silenzioso ed il televisore con SKY.
