Room was very basic and we got assigned a handicapped room. We didn't like the experience and it's our first time in paris. Toilet rolls are not refilled even though we stayed for 3 nights and have to call housekeeping. No room slippers provided and need to pay 15 euro for one. No kettle in the room as well. Expected more from a novotel branding.

The room was so so as we were given the handicap room. Amendities were very basic and honestly the name Novotel chain fall short of our expectations.

Lumayan menyenangkan karena lokasi dekat dengan stasiun tapi fasilitas hotel tidak sesuai dengan harga sewa hotelnya yang tinggi.

Very Beautiful hotel, I like the hotel because very close from station train etc.
