Good hotel we like it

The hotel is within 5 minutes walking from the Cannes Station, the staffs are extremely helpful, telling us where to go and the hottest place now in Cannes. The hotel has a private beach, which is nice. Easily access to every places in Cannes, all by walking distance. The room is clean and spacious, nicely decorated and managed to get some quality sleep.

This hotel was a lovely surprise to my MIPTV trip this year. I go to Cannes twice a year for MIP. The price of accommodation becomes horrendous during this period and all the rooms are gone very early. i booked Renoir because there were very few options left for me when I made my booking. Thought the price was tripled its normal price, the room, the service, the location were superb. My room was a suite, with spacious sitting room and a seperate living room. The welcoming macarons and rosy wine was a extra suprise for me. will come back again.

Very friendly and efficient check in process (by French standards)...good value for the price.

Le stanze sono disegnate malissimo, dal wc al lavabo bisogna attraversare tutta la stanza, girare tutto intorno al letto, docce con getto lento e poco calde, scarsa pulizia, polvere ovunque, scarsa ventilazione nella stanza, la finestra diventava molto acquosa e nebbiosa al punto che l'acqua scorreva lungo la finestra e gocciolava sul pavimento , costretti ad aprire e dormire col rumore della strada circostante. Colazione poco assortita, e troppo cara per quello che offre, addirittura mancava anche l'acqua e personale poco presente, sala per la colazione troppo piccola, con cucina adiacente e puzzo di cibo in tutto l'hotel. È un 4 stelle ma non arriva a 2

Chambre correcte, mais l’insonorisation laisse à désirer. On entend clairement les pas du voisin du dessus, les conversations dans le couloir ainsi que les bruits de la rue. Difficile donc de parler de chambre « insonorisée ». Parking à l’extérieur de l’hôtel, un peu contraignant.

Größe der Suite, WLAN und Lage waren top! Eigentlich alles super, nur Kleinigkeiten könnte man verbessern. Für den Preis absolut empfehlenswert.

Petit déjeuner bien.. le lit est confortable. Le canapé-lit pa vraiment… la suite est correct un peu cher pour l’état général.

Great location just above central Cannes. Convenient car park just behind which cost us about 10 euros for an overnight stay. Just don’t drive anything tall! Massive suite worked well for us as a family of four, really comfortable beds and views from the 4th floor over some of Cannes sights too
