Overall good and clean Hotel. Bathroom and shower were very small. Great location.

Great hotel and wonderful breakfast. The location was perfect for dining and shopping and also very close to historical sites.

There were renovations going on by my room and the noise started at 08:00. Otherwise a decent breakfast and a comfortable bed in the heart of downtown. The staff were wonderful.

Three nights. First two nights awoken at 7:30 by construction happening on 8th floor, and even though we were on third floor the noise was as if we were in a construction side (noise, shouting by workers etc). They did move us to first floor on third nignt. Service is always top here. Never complaints for staff. Amazing people.

Very nice hotel!

Good location but upgrade was "I have no knowledge of that" quickly followed by "Unfortunately we are full" but pushed using the spa. Front desk didn't have any info about bus to Meteor but manager who did would call me (didn't happen but excuse would be that I wasn't in). Travelling solo so left papers on table at breakfast to save table but staff threw them out and made no effort to look for them or to apologise. Put the Do not Disturb Sign on my door but person came into my room anyways and sign disappeared.

Everything you need is accessible in the area. Great location. Great staff.

The room gave us on the first floor (105) had a very bad odor like smoke. Eventhough they said all the rooms were non-smoking, we couldn't stand it. The next day they changed the room to 4th floor and it wad OK. Hotel looks new from outside but rooms definitely needs some upgrade. Friendly stuff, perfect location.

City hotel is located in a terrific spot, close to restaurants and shopping. The staff are great especially the guy who started his role that day when I needed assistance with the hotel’s computer. He found a solution to my predicament. Breakfast is great but if you want a good coffee it costs €2.

The hotel was great. Walking distance to all the shops and restaurant. Quick taxi service.

The location is perfect. Shops, cafes restaurants etc within meters. The hotel breakfast is yummy and more than enough. Staff very polite and accommodating. We were 3 adults and the room was super small. The bathroom was built for dwarfs. No room for luggage. The air conditioning works well and there is a balcony. The staff asked if we wanted to change room which was nice.

Excellent! Perfect location. Plenty of shops Walking distance. Bathroom was tiny but other than that is was perfect. I'd def stay again and recommend.

The property perfect except for one thing. Like most hotels the gym was poor., but could be easily fixed. All is needed are dumbbells from 10k to 85k, resistance bands at different strength levels and one treadmill. Get rid of all the other equipment that is useless or broken. This is an observation of a guest who takes fitness seriously… there is a lot of us visiting your city and hotels. Other than that, it is the hotel I will always attempt to choose when visiting Thessaloniki!

I recommend this property about the cleansing and kindly staff.
