All reception staff are very friendly, caring and helpful. Room is very clean even though a little old.

Friendly staff, good service, comfortable mattress and good location close to metro and bus station.

The location is good. 5 mins walk to train station. Hotel is old but the staffs are very good and falling patient. They are really helpful, kind and happy to help guests. The core value of this hotel are location and staffs.highly recommend it.

Everything is perfect unless two things. No disposable slippers and tooth brushes.

Although this is a small hotel, the receptionist, Alice, is very nice. She told us so many useful information such as good restaurant recommend and the cheap and convenience route to the airport. We are appreciated for her help.

酒店位置不错，周围景点很多，但是酒店条件就不太好了，没有免费停车，电梯也很小很小。只能说能住。

The hotel is overall satisfied. It has metro within 2 min walking. The staff were pleasant and willing to help. It is 10to 15min walk to Gallery Lafayette and the opera. But the room and elevator is a bit small.

Room size and facilities, ok. Location, ok. Service, not ok. I paid for an air-cond triple room for 4 nights, but the air-cond broke down for 3 days. It was hard in a hot summer Paris for my family. Very disappointed.

Enorm vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Bagage kon vroeger afgegeven worden en achtergelaten worden om later op te halen na uitchecken. Goede locatie nabij de metro en bushalte. De badkamer was is aan vernieuwing toe.
