酒店工作人员从前台到餐厅都微笑友好礼貌尽责，入住时或房间免费升级，早餐不错有熏三文鱼，离大小皇宫喝香街很近，床很舒服，洗浴水够热。只是作为五星酒店，服务未达五星 - 我们需要取消第三晚的酒店，前台让我们联系hotels.com. 个人觉得作为五星，这个要求完全可以为客人解决；另我们入住的房间浴缸去水不太流畅。

Quite a nice small hotel. The room size is ok consider the location. The condition is good and I like the breakfast. You can consider this hotel as a excellent 4 star hotel with very nice service. The price is good for this kind of hotel, too.

Personnel au top. Chambre confortable et très bien emménagé, mais beaucoup top chaud ! J'étais obligé d'ouvrir la fenêtre avec l’inconvenance du bruit de Paris.

The staff were excellent, courteous, and efficient. They were quick to respond to requests and very helpful. the location is great. short walking distance to many sights and high end shopping, and next to metro and bus lines, but far enough away to be quiet from traffic noise Downside is the hotel building itself is a little tired. there was renovation work going on in the hotel and on a nearby street. no problem at night but sometimes disturbing during the day The air conditioning broke in one of our rooms, but the staff brought in a portable unit immediately and maintenance was there the following day to repair Overall the rooms were comfortable and made our stay very easy. It is an outstanding value for money and would recommend it I hope the management appreciates how much the staff carries this establishment

It is a boutique hotel so rooms were small but not tight and bathrooms could be enhanced. Location is great.

初めてのパリで治安が心配でしたが、ホテル周辺はとても治安が良く、各観光名所への交通の便も良かったです。 内装、お部屋、スタッフのサービス、朝食と全てが最高でした。 またパリに行く際は利用したいと思います。
