早餐丰盛，水果新鲜度待提升

After traveling throughout Latin America for over a decade, Hotel Casa Blanca remains my top choice in Mexico City. Each visit feels like coming home, thanks to the warm and welcoming atmosphere created by everyone here. From the reception Eliseo and Raul to the restaurant team German and Felix and the housekeeping Aaron, the first service is consistently excellent.

Buena ubicación y el personal siempre atento a la atención al huésped

The hotel’s lobby and location were definitely a highlight and very convenient for all the places I needed to go. The staff was friendly and welcoming, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the room didn’t live up to the rest of the experience. The bed was EXTREMELY HARD honestly, it felt more like a wooden board than a mattress. It should be a crime to call that a bed. I barely stayed in my room because I didn’t want to have to deal with that bad. On top of that, my window faced the street, and the weekend noise made it really hard to get any decent sleep. There was music and yelling. Between the uncomfortable bed and the noise, I wouldn’t book this hotel again, despite its good location and pleasant staff.

Es una suite con cocineta y refrigerador, pero no hay ningún utensilio para tal fin, falta limpieza, hay humedad, la ropa de cama muy corriente

Very nice and clean hotel clise to everywhere in CDMX. staff are great. Prime location in the reforma area. Next to resteraunts and the plaza de la Revolucion. Highly recommend

El hotel bien ubicado, la habitación cómoda, el valet parking amable así como la chica de la recepción, no tanto la persona que me atendió para el check out, le pregunte para un late check out y me dijo que no era posible por afluencia de clientes cuando claramente se veía el hotel ya estaba vacío, pero la invitación a usar el restaurante con descuento, como usar los servicios y restaurante si no permiten el check out late, pero bueno en general buen hotel

Excelente ubicación para visitar el Monumento a la Revolución, la Alameda y alrededores del Centro Histórico. Fácil llegar en variedad de transportes. Muchas opciones de alimentos y restaurantes de todos los tipos y presupuestos. La habitación fue cómoda y sus servicios adecuados. Al usar la salita, en ocasiones se escuchaban algunos de los ruidos de la habitación vecina (por la puerta si te interesaran dos habitaciones conectadas).

El internet no funcionaba en mi habitación, mala señal de red en mi habitación

La ubicación perfecta y limpieza del cuarto , muy cómoda la habitación solo la cama un poco incómoda pero es lo único si mejorarán en la comodidad de las camas tendrían las 5 estrellas

El hotel tiene una excelente ubicación, la recepción fue muy amable y la habitación estaba muy limpia. Además, ofrecen un desayuno muy abundante. Un empleado llamado Germán nos atendió con gran cordialidad, lo cual agradecemos mucho. Fue una muy buena experiencia de viaje y sin duda recomendaré este hotel a mis colegas.

Excellent hotel very close to the main avenue in Mexico City, very quiet, clean, and the staff were friendly.

Staff is super friendly even with national guests, the rooms are very well equipped and there are water fountains so you don't need to buy extra bottles to keep yourself hydrated
