This hotel located Haarlem, 30mins from Amsterdam. The room is big and clean, with car park which is good for driver. Parking is not easy in the centre, so don't try to find a place exactly in the centre. Walking distance to centre around 15mins

This hotel was absolutely the best - excellent for shopping, dining and sightseeing. It was a very convenient location for getting to the airport via the bus. Definitely would recommend as a place to stay in Haarlem and will return if we should ever be in the area!

Great hotel and staff always attentive to the guests. Restaurant food is lovely would highly recommend the Steak Frites for an evening meal. Thanks all see you next week

シャワー付きを予約しましたが、風呂付きの部屋に変えてくれました。 しかしその部屋のテレビ、冷蔵庫が使用できずスタッフに言ったところ、またすぐ部屋を変えてくれました。（風呂付き） 清潔感はあります。ただ設備の不備があるかもしれません。

4th time staying at Carlton Square, however it was not a good as previously. Shower was leaking and smellt like a bin. We used towels to mop up the flooding. Floor lamp broke with No electricity and the coffee machine was also broken. Reported all of this to Duty manager but they FAILED to get it sorted. Not acceptable Carlton Square. Will consider not staying here again. Poor service this time.

Charming hotel in a great location, great service, very comfortable beds, nice cafe with good pastries and pleasant outdoor seating. Walkable to everything.

Fantastic experience at the Carlton Square. Haarlem is a very charming and comfortable place, and we slept in maybe the most comfortable bed we've ever slept in. The Carlton Square is an oasis in the middle of an oasis.

Sehr gut ist die Lage und vor allem mit Terrasse. Das Badezimmer ist modern und sauber. Ich komme wieder.

Trivelig personale og god service. Det var hyggelig å sitte både ute og inne i restauranten. Det var behagelig med aircondition i varmen og den lille balkongen som tilhørte rommet. Gode senger og det er alltid kaldt vann gratis ved resepsjonen. Hotellet ligger sentralt og man kan gå til severdigheter. Det dagligvare like ved hotellet og bussholdeplass. Sistnevnte er praktisk ved ankomst og avreise. Harlem er en koselig by med smale gater og kanaler.

Decor of lobby and restaurant lovely. Great water in lobby. Room very comfortable. Nice park across street. Easy walk to a few restaurants. Lobby staff very pleasant and helpful.
