The bathroom lock door is non-existent and broken. There are some stains on the carpet. Quite disappointing that there is no mini fridge in the room.

We’ve stayed at this hotel many times. Staff are friendly yet professional, breakfast was everything you could need and the spa facilities are great.

There were no staff manning the reception at night waited over 30. There was a message that read dial 2424 for attention and when dialed u get straight message saying this mail box is full. In the end I left without seeing anyone. Also the flow of our shower was nothing to write home about. Breakfast was great and swimming facilities were great

My husband & I have stayed at the Norton Grange a number of times. It’s a great location being central for visiting family. We would have appreciated a safe in the room but otherwise a great stay.

Hotel was clean.

Pour des personnes qui ont des enfants ce n’est pas top y’a un emplacement exprès dans la piscine et si par malheur un enfant dépasse de 5 cm la ligne les autres clients hurlent même si l’enfant n’est pas en train de s’agiter et qu’il est sage y’a des manières de s’adresser aux gens cet hôtel n’est pas adapté pour les familles

Really good stay here at Mecure Norton Grange. Great hotel and spa with a spectacular gym. Rooms nice and clean modern with nice big Smart TV. Friendly Staff and the Breakfast was excellent. Full continental and full English on a self serve basis. Could also take a tray and take it up to my room. Overall spot on and very welcoming for Parklife Festival goers.

Lovely hotel with great spa facilities

Sadly let down by breakfast on the second day, it seems the hotel are unable to cope when at full capacity. I went down to breakfast with ample time left, no hot food was left due to large amounts of people and long queues were forming as food was not being replaced fast enough. Plates were also so hot that I burnt my hand. A refund was not provided for breakfast although the hotel failed to deliver the agreed services.

Room and envelope was very clean.Could do with a smart Tv in the rooms though, The tv in my room was old and difficult to operate.

Stayed on a sunday so the hotel was pretty quiet. Room 303 was a twin i asked for. Was lovely. Had air con. Nice bath with really hot water..beds were comfy too. The pool and spa was great and it was included in the price. Steam room, sauna, ice room, big jacuzzi that opens up outside. We didn't eat at the hotel so not sure on the food but the hotel itself is great x

Hotel manager and there staff where the best i had come across and i have stayed in a lot.food excellent settling excellent staff were excellent also foid was 1st class will stay againvwgen in Manchester

I've stayed here a few times whilst working in the area, great hotel and super helpful reception staff. Beautiful spa facilities that are included in the room rate. Nice bar area. Room 335 could do with a new mattress is my only gripe.👍👍

This Mercure is one of the best. Usually come here 2/3 times a year and every time the staff are so welcoming and kind. Privilege rooms are fantastic and worth the extra coin. Gym and Spa facilities are excellent and from my experience not over crowded.

First time to stay at Norton Grange , Super place , will definitely use again

Lovely hotel, privilege room had a Nespresso machine and pods, this was delicious.
