We arrived at the hotel around 10 AM. The receptionist was kind of weird person and told us we have to come back after 2 PM. After waiting for about two hours and we went back to the reception again, we were handled by another receptionist who is he is very kind and helpful and invited us for complimentary drinks at the lounge. After a few minutes at the lounge that receptionist given us the room key at the lounge.
