First time stay in this hotel, it is very close to airport.

Concierge was excellent. Friendly, helpful with dinner ideas. Location was ideal for just an overnight near airport; easy to find, easy to get in and out of, walking distance to restaurant in a business-park style area that felt very safe, even at night. Breakfast buffet was better than average continental breakfast with lots of options. Room was comfortable and clean. The only thing rated down was the condition, but it wasn't so bad that I wouldn't stay there again. It was just surprising for a Sheraton FourPoints. Things like the caulking around the tub had come off in places so there were gaps. Just a few, simple repairs would increase confidence in the property, but it was truly the only thing, and quite minor.

The lady at the desk was so sloppy and dismissive. Also, it didn’t matter that I had booked online. They didn’t have a room for me when I arrived

Staff in the evening was great.

No hot water in shower ever, at best warm. Had to ask to get towels for shower after room cleaned, zero left I bathroom , and was given a hard time to get 2 towels one for each of us. Ended up only giving us one.

It was an ok stay

The properly is close the airport in a quiet setting and easily accessible, reasonably priced.

Stay was comfortable but rooms need updating, it felt old and in need of some updating like carpet in the bedroom and tile in the shower - felt dirty simply because of this. Surface level did not appear dirty and bed was comfortable. Continental breakfast was not great.

There was hair in sink and for breakfast no coffee, downstairs coffee machine wasn't working for breakfast. Then tried using room coffee machine and the piece where you put the coffee bag was missing.

Staff was not overly friendly, property was average, room was not very clean- there was hair on the bathroom counter when we arrived and in the shower. They do not offer 24 hour transportation

Room was great. Shower was the best shower I had experienced in years. Very clean. Honestly it was great all around. I wasn’t crazy about the breakfast but that could have just been me or the time I got to it but the coffee was very good.

I was on the ground floor, very loud with cars coming & going loudly all night. Lots of activity, talking loud guests, etc... The ceiling in the bedroom has serious peeling & a spot about the size of a dinner plate where the ceiling texture had fallen off, lots of cracking. End table nest to the bed had lots of spray paint splatters... Room just looked tired, needs cosmetic attention!
