Love our stay for our family of eight. Great staff. Great service. Kid friendly. The rooms are great. We stayed in a suite with two rooms and two bathrooms which is awesome for a big family.

I really liked the staff service and especially Concierge Sandro who was very helpful, pleasant and patient in attempting to help us with missing links with our railway plan's online site and lack of answering their telephone lines.
