The Shampoo and Liquid soap are not so good

The location is convenient and the price is affordable

Room clean, staff courteous, breakfast nice

This is my 3rd stay at Rockford & I stayed here for 9 nights. What I like is the location, not super central but close enough to everything. It’s quiet enough, minus the weekend nights but not too bad. Staff are always great and were helpful. Room was always refreshed, would have thought halfway through new sheets would have been provided.

Clean tidy, very large room and staff were friendly and helpful Only negative was the bathroom did not have a shower cap available

Awesome staff, and I got a free upgrade to a spa room! Didn't have time to test the spa out though. Enjoyed a drink at the bar, and some more drinks up by the pool. Awesome as always!

Comfortable, clean room. Central city location, easy walking to shops, convention centre, markets and public transport. Breakfast is available until 10am, both continental and cooked. We would definitely stay again

Only stayed for one night and found it suitable for my needs.

Room was wonderful. Staff were fantastic, very friendly and helpful. Bed was a bit on the firm side but still comfortable. Great location - room was soundproof and blocked out the club noise outside.

Liked the hotel, small, efficient. Only problem was the shower. Could definitely do with a better quality shower head.

Expected a nicer hotel considering the cost to stay, needs some work I think, other hotels nearby are nicer for a similar price.

Immaculate space, and staff were all very welcoming and friendly. Great location for CBD, airport, and most places around the city. Absolutely recommend staying here & I will definitely be back.

Got charged twice for the room. They also attempted to charge twice for drinks at the bar. (Keep receipts)
