The room had a rug and it didn’t smell very good. The windows didn’t have screens and were extremely dirty. The bathtub had hairs in it. The a/c was old and extremely dirty. I was never given a receipt.

We arrived to stay one night in order to attend an event. I was very pleased with the price because the other hotels were charging a considerable amount more for one night. We arrived to a very delightful and courteous front desk clerk who was very accommodating and was able to provide a first floor room. The night clerk and morning clerk the next day were friendly and hospitable. The room was clean and there were enough towels and bathroom amenities. Parking was ample. East Side Marios Restaurant is conveniently situated next door for both dine-in and take-out which totally worked for us. We skipped breakfast so I can’t really comment on it.

From the amount of hair all over my room to the place obviously not being dusted. This was a brutal stay and the place is just run down. Timmins is a rough town but wowsers this place was the worst I have ever stayed. I hope the owners decide to put some love into the place.

The rooms where run down and in need of some maintenance and painting. Beds where not very good. Need new beds. Breakfast was very basic with very little to choose from. Not somewhere I would stay again unless I had no other choice

It wasn’t bad, just feels more like a very old apartment unit than a hotel.

It was very clean, but the property does not have an elevator.

Spacious rooms with plenty of charging ports near the bed. Pillows could be better; they are small/ standard in my opinion. Breakfast is continental. You have to heat/ toast it up yourselves. Very helpful front-desk staff.

Room wasnt terrible. But found garbage under fold out couch. Door was also very hard to close and kept getting stuck . No one was in front when trying to check out even after rining the bell a couple of times. Was not much choice for breakfast either. We ended up going to a restaurant.

Lots of cigarette butts all over the back grass area. The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was under renovation it seems. It was only half painted with primer. I wasn't aware. Breakfast is carb based everything. Not alot to choose from if you can't eat wheat, be warned. But for the price it's cheap.

Breakfast could have a few more options

Will not be staying there again ….. price way too high for what you get …. Needs a lot of tlc

Clean room, quiet

Perfect

Check in was fine. However when getting to our room, the door was unlocked and propped open. It was weird. Had my husband not been with me, I wouldn’t have gone in. Hotel itself is dated, paint has seen better days, however the room was clean. Fridge, microwave, tv and AC worked as expected. Parking was easy—lots of space.

Breakfast was good but not place to eat not to funny to go eat breakfast in room must have some table to eat a breakfast for the rest 👍 and thanks

Breakfast area has been under construction for some time now. Quality of pillows could be improved. Other than that, nice big rooms and Dove toiletries.

Big parking lot and good food options nearby. The hotel is a great option for a cheaper stay.

It was okay , not as bad as some of the older reviews. The room was clean but it was blasting hot in there when we checked in. Parking was good.
