Hotel was very clean and spacious. The staff was very friendly and attentive.

La piscina no estaba funcionando estaba sucia la bañera del cuarto estaba sucia también y la cama no estaba bien tendida no parecía q habían limpiado bien ese cuarto

Estuvo muy bien, solo que en nuestro cuarto en el baño para ser exacto había en fuga que salía por el foco es lo único que podría reportar. Ya lo demás estuvo muy bien.

They do not clean the rooms on a daily basis, only by request, but they do not tell you when you check in, so you find out when you get back to your room in the evening and see everything as you left it

Disappointing starting with the surprise $50 a day incidental fee which is held on your credit/debit card staff was not friendly particularly the manager she seemed very unconcerned when I expressed my concerns to her the morning staff didn’t speak or smile I understood the housekeeping policy every other day no housekeeping just once I was told to put towels & trash outside door I had a 6 day stay carpet filthy stains on lamp staff needs customer service & diversity training treat all customers kind & friendly

The swimming pool was tiny and dirty.

Hotel decided to overbook paid for reservations. I reserved about a month in advance and paid in full. I arrived at the hotel around 10:45pm after 5 hours driving only to find out a lobby full of people that had their flight cancelled and were sent here w/ a voucher. By the time it was my turn, hotel was sold out. I was left with nothing but a “deal with it on your own”. “Supervisor” Jasmin was extremely rude. I understand she was under pressure but in no way I would be talking to customers the way she was & I work in customer service! Also the other lady working the front desk, I believe her name was Tabitha(?), was completely useless to assist in at least keeping the people in the lobby updated about the situation. I had to try to find a room at 11:30pm in an area unknown to me. With 2 kids. Luckily Holiday Inn was able to accommodate me & provide the service every hotel should be giving. Please stay away from this place! Spend the extra $20!

We’ve stayed here a couple times, both times were good. Just the area seems a little unsafe but we were okay.

Check-in was very good and room was clean and comfortable. Liked the hot coffee available in the lobby.

Very quiet and relaxing,just had surgery and needed a good place to recover 👍👍

The front desk staff was amazingly helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was nice, the room was very nice, and the overall experience was lovely.
