不错的地方

Good value. Called in advance about late arrival. When arrived at 3am, the new employee at Front Desk could not check me in because the computer is upgrading. Wait patiently for 30 mins and finally asked her to call her supervisor. Turned out there was a 2nd computer. Could have trained a new employee better.

126房床有異味(體味?)，沒有被子睡不習慣，只有毯子包被單，最大的優點就是離公司很近，車程不到十分鐘

Great customer service! Greeted with a smile and they made sure that my stay would be nice and that I would enjoy it

There was dog poop in the room upon arrival

Unsafe outdated and dirty. Toothpaste on the mirror, sheets smelled unclean. I left before night 2 and yall couldn’t even get that night I didn’t stay refunded either.

Staff extremely rude. Non-smoking room reeked of smoke. TV remote barely worked. Didn’t feel or smell clean.

Looking for a less expensive hotel not too far from the Renaissance Hotel and I found it here! Simple, comfortable, clean, with small kitchen. Bed was comfortable, shower was hot. Staff were very nice.

Staff did not charge to room to the correct card, the entire place smelled like cheap incense.

Our room was not handicap, friendly and they were not accommodate us. What do I need to do to get a refund from this property or you?

I booked over hotels.com but when arriving there at 11 pm, they said that the the hotel is sold out and I had to spend the night in the airport as all other hotels in Austin were sold out. The hotel personel was just saying again again " we're sold out" whatever I ask for a solution. Horrible hotel and horrible experience.

The hotel didn't honor my reservation after more than 30 minutes. Thanks to Sonesta Suites I got a place to sleep.
