The AC in the bedroom were too noisy to open & only use fan during my stay.

Not friendly and not clean

The front desk person was nive but seem too distracted to really answer our questions.The shuttle was unreliable coming back from the airport but was awesome going to the airport.

We appreciated the location to Love Field! We were grateful for the kind staff! We will be back!

The staff seemed friendly and helpful, but I never had a working remote for the TV despite asking multiple staff members to fix or replace it. One guy gave me new batteries which didn't work, and one gal said she would have the engineer fix it and when I returned to my room after work, there was no remote and when I went back to the desk a third gal said no work order had been entered.

I like to stay here when I am flying in or out of Dallas love field. I almost always have a ground floor and it has always been very nice. There is a good restaurant right next door and I have enjoyed veru good food there.. I was here on a Sunday and it was closed but I have able to go to the hotels pantry and heat up a meal i bought in my room.. Shuttle drivers exceptionally nice.

The bed was amazing, but the AC in the room was messed up. One part of the room was cold as ice while the other part was so hot we couldnt sleep.

It had roaches. I informed the front desk & all they said was they would contact

Convenient location from UTSW but definitely needs some updating !! There were candy wrappers in the floor as we walked in and the carpet was sticky in front of the tv. Probably won't stay here again.

Surprised no hair dryer

The. keys to ur room dont work on the 1st try. Takes at least 4 times to work. Shampoo dispenser was broken.

Hotel was nice & clean. Located off the highway near plenty of restaurants. The iron in our room wasn't working & we had to switch it out. The fan in the room was missing it's pull chain & was on a very high setting. We were unable to adjust it. It made a loud ticking noise like a clock. The toilet is really loud.

Very out dated room. No usb charging ports, only regular 3 prong outlets. Windows were paper thin, sounded like they were wide open. Noise from the highway was obnoxious. Bed was very comfortable and staff was very pleasant though. Kitchenette was perfect for my stay.

The staff, room etc were wonderful! However it is NOT in a safe area and has many guests who made the facility problematic. Drunken guests, openly smoking weed, dog poop on walkways. Security needs to step up around here. Location by highway with non stop motorists racing all night. The hotel itself was wonderful! Great amenities, comfortable rooms, pet friendly and no outrageous pet fees/deposits! Family friendly with full kitchen/plates/cook ware, silverware. Fair price for great amenities!
