Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable.

Vicinity to the main part of town, views of the water, friendliness of the staff.

Staff a delight, room was quit good, roomy and comfortable. In for one night enroute from Melbourne to Adelaide. Loved it.

We have stayed at The Richmond Henty Hotel a few times now. We always book an upstairs room overlooking the beautiful bay. Room was clean and comfortable and staff were very polite and helpful. Will be back again in the future.

Hotel with bar and restaurant close to center if town. Location good, rooms okay. Staff was working restaurant when I arrived so were a bit short with me. Rooms typical of average motel. I would stay there again if nothing of better value available.

Clean, lovely staff

We had booked a Seaview spa room and had the unfortunate experience of having no hot water for our entire two night stay. Unfortunately due to being a public holiday long weekend we were advised that no one would be available to attend the issue. We were refunded half of our booking fees however our long weekend away of relaxing in the spa was ruined. The bed and room was out dated, a hole in the roof where I assume a down light once existed and the bar fridge froze all our drinks no matter what setting the fridge was on. All in all a very disappointing experience

Passing was very close to the room

Certain items were missing from the room i.e. cutlery, plates, bowls. We ate in the dining room and thought the staff were badly trained as they needed prompting to deliver drinks and to generate a bill, which showed lack of computer skills.
