Good location. Very close Stop&shop, 134 bus station. It easy to stay without car.

Location is very close Stop&shop, easy to buy food and cook even without car. Near the bus station. The refrigerator is very very noisy!

Great experience. The olace was quirky and definitely a bit run down. The card key machine was broken so the frint deak attendamt had to let us into our room. The inner security lock was broken also. Somehow though we had a great sleep and the HVAC ran at perfect temp

Hotel room was left cracked open and was dirty with personal effects everywhere

It was a major disappointment. The hallways reeked of a strong, musty odor that hit you as soon as you stepped off the elevator. It was honestly nauseating and made the whole place feel unkept. Things only got worse when I entered the room. It was clearly not cleaned properly—there were stains on the carpet and bedding , furniture was beat up and the bathroom looked like it hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned in a while. I even found leftover trash in one of the drawers, which was completely unacceptable. This hotel is in serious need of better maintenance and cleaning staff. I expected a basic level of cleanliness and comfort, and this stay didn’t come close. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

The price was good and it was very close to the highway. The guy at the front desk was helpful and nice. The lobby smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, and the room we stayed in also smelled like smoke, but more faintly. Someone was screaming briefly in the middle of the night, which was not ideal, but at least it didn't last long. The bed was comfortable. Advertising free breakfast was a bit misleading, as it was really just snacks to go and tea and coffee.

the stay at this hotel was less than desirable. The room didn’t have an outlet cover, there was a wasp in the room a hole in the wall, no remote to the tv and upson pulling back the sheets to the queen bed they were stained and dirty. Went to the front desk, for which the guy very nice and accommodating , we as paying customers changed the sheets in order to sleep. The hallways were filled with the smell of weed at night and in the morning . It was probably the worst stay we have had and we often stay in hotels. Not sure if it was this specific hotel or the chain is just terrible, but as a paying customer it was disgusting to sleep in. Not to mention the 2am-3am bass from the cars out in the parking lot then drag racing down the road to top it off.

This was probably the worst hotel I have ever stayed in my 71 years of life. The carpet was old, stained, and dirty. There was no real breakfast in the morning. Shouting and other noise permeated the walls throughout the night. My bed had clean sheets and the bathroom was clean with one set of clean towels. There are no utensils, drinking glasses or plastic cups, no pots or pans. There was no bottled water or other sundry items to buy. There were a number of people with looks of consternation in the hallways deciding whether to stay in their room or not. The manager on duty had his hands full. There was no visible cleaning service and I know my room wasn’t touched in the four night nights I stayed. I thought I heard gunfire one night.

They would not provide any extra pillows even though there were not enough in the room for the amount of guests

in overall is ok - workable

My room was okay except for cracks in the door and blood staining on the floor in the bathroom. Also, I was awakened at 2:45 am by screaming, doors slamming, and walls shaking. When I finally felt safe enough to leave the room at 4:00 am, police were in the lobby and the hotel manager apologized since all the commotion was going on in the room next to mine. I would never recommend this location to anyone and will not stay here again.

The room was old, had an unpainted repaired area on the wall, substandard TV set up and TV and outdated furnishings. The "grab and Go" breakfast was really terrible; better not to offer anything than to offer something lame.

The room was not clean

Dirty location, they have a small kitchen with no pans, or utensils. The bathroom was dirty. The previous guess left a half bitten sandwich in The refrigerator which the housekeeping didn't clean. The amenities had a rotten smell.

Needed a couple days for a solo getaway. Check in was easy and the guy at the front desk was super friendly. When I got to the room there was a real strong musty smell that wouldn't leave no matter what I did including opening the window. Other than the smell the room was fine until the 2nd day. I had dropped my phone and thought it went under the bed. When I looked under there I found a pair of men's boxers and a used condom (which I did take pictures of that are timestamped). I immediately grabbed my stuff and went down to the front desk to check out. The woman at the front was super friendly and was shocked at what I told her I found. She completely understood why I wanted to check out early and told me that it was unacceptable and that she will be speaking with the cleaners regarding this. I will be requesting a refund for the stay and unfortunately will not be staying here again.
